My neighbours sink has been blocked for a week. She was at a funeral and was unable to be at home but she asked me if I could let hmthem in She has had various tradesmen visit to try and fix the issue. Moat Housing outsourced the job to TW Drainage. Sean from your company was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing. He was very thorough. I would recommend Sean and TW Drainage to anyone. 5 stars all the way! 😃👍🏽

Van driver is a serious risk to other road users and when questioned about his error is aggressive and confrontational.

Nima noticed the issues straight away and fixed the problem. Friendly and helpful

Nima is a hero!!!

I had a blocked drain causing overflowing in my kitchen and Nima was sent out to help me. He showed up less than an hour after I made the call and did an amazing job to sort out the issue. He was really friendly, and explained what he was doing and really put my mind at ease. Thank goodness for him otherwise I dread to think what the state of my kitchen would have been like.

Marcus was friendly and explained what was happening. Waited on a colleague to help and unblocked our extremely blocked toilet.

We are housing association tenants who reported an emergency problem at 1pm. This company came out to us by 3.30pm. The guy was very good and efficient and found the problem and sorted it very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Sean was amazing, an actual lifesaver when I found that my drains were backing up with sewer water. He came so quickly and worked very efficiently. Super friendly and got the job done!

Clean, friendly, respectful and quick response. Diagnosed quickly too. I didn’t choose this company it was who was sent to me but I will definitely make them my first port of call when my warranty is up. Another huge plus - according to the engineer, the management/owner of this company really respects and takes care of his staff. Now that’s something worth supporting in this day and age surely.

A fantastic job done today by Marcus and Ely, to clear very serious drainage issues impacting on my flat. They were impeccably professional, courteous and kind and had to work for hours in extremely challenging circumstances. Sean was also hugely helpful a few days before. I am beyond grateful that the issue is resolved.
