Went in the shop for a couple of bits, staff super friendly taking time to chat. Guys have a great knowledge & of course good selection of products. Even saw them doing an on the spot repair for a guy who'd broke his bike on the trails.

Excellent After Sales- Great Wee Shop
Without a doubt the best service I’ve had from any bike shop. Anyone can sell a bike, but it’s when something goes wrong with your new prized possession that a good shop stands out. The guys at Tweed Valley wasted no time at all sorting out the problem. They kept me fully informed and sorted the issue out quickly. Everyone at the shop was really helpful. All other bike shops should be like this.

Great experience
I purchased a Santa Cruz Nomad and agreed on a few spec upgrades with a trade‑in on the unwanted components. The deal felt fair and was easy to reach.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear updates on how everything was progressing. The bike arrived promptly and was very well packaged.
There was a slight issue with one component not matching the advertised spec, but this was handled quickly and professionally with a next‑day courier. Overall, I would highly recommend Tweed Valley... thanks Guys!

Stripped the threads on my cranks on my first day up in the Borders - massive thanks to Tweed Valley Bikes for ordering me a replacement and lending me a spare until the new ones arrived. All fixed while I waited and saved my week’s riding. Fantastic service.

This bike shop is the best ever, full stop, no questions. They've always got the time to talk to you and listen carefully to what you need. The mechanics are great at what they do. The sales teams are amazing. Just a real good community shop. Can't give them enough praise.
