I ordered this product 26/05/2025 and it has still not arrived. The tracking information disappeared through the link on my email, so I went through the website. It stated that it had been delivered on 14/06/2025 which was not true. Not wanting to give up on this, I contacted them through their WhatsApp number. Yesterday I finally had a message saying the product was out of stock but would be back in stock in a couple of weeks. The next message asked for my name and email address “to ensure your order will be prioritise” which of course I have not given. This is a scam.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and received no tracking. Used inshop app as suggested online but this has vanished. Luckily i used klarna so report the item missing for a refund ! Scam..

I placed an order and have had no response since. No shipping email, no response to my emails to customer service. Even tried the whatsapp nothing.
Shocking customer service, how are you supposed to speak to someone???
£45 gone. Do not waste your money and order from them.

ordered a baby carrier 3 weeks ago and hasn't arrived. got a confirmation email but nothing else.. now when trying to visit store web page no longer available..

Commande arrivé au bout de 2 mois malgré des multiples relances au service client par téléphone, mail, réseaux sociaux je n’ai jamais eu de réponse!!
Et lorsque j’ai commenté les publications sur insta mes commentaires ont été supprimés !!!
Je ne pensais pas recevoir ma commande et quand je l’ai reçu désespoir total le porte bébé ne ressemble absolument pas à celui sur la photo et le produit est clairement de mauvaise qualité fabriqué en Chine !!
Comme il est impossible de les joindre je vais faire marcher ma protection juridique et porter plainte je ne vais pas en rester là c’est trop simple d’arnaquer les gens !

J'ai commandé un porte bébé pendant les soldes. J'ai reçu l'email de confirmation me disant que l'article serait expédié sous 2 jours. Une semaine après n'ayant aucune nouvelle je les ai contacté sur leur site et via le service client WhatsApp. Je n'ai reçu aucune nouvelle. Et je pense que malgré mes relances je n'en recevrai pas, c'est une arnaque.

Terrible carrier. Paid on a take 3. Nearly £40. Money going to a Ouali Mohammed??? Strange. I could have got a carrier much cheaper on Amazon.

Please avoid ordering from this website! It says next day shipping if order before 2 PM - guess what - shipped on 5th day. Coming from China. It has arrived too late for my holiday so i even didn`t opened the package as i do not need this product anymore. Tried to return - sent an email requesting return labels, no response. Sent multiple reminders via email and WhatsApp - no reaction. My original first return email was sent 10 days ago!
So now i am ending up with unwanted product and lost of £35.00. What a joke

I sent email and what's app msg for a return but no response and there website does not exist anymore.
This is a total scam. Can't get my money back. The product itself comes from Hing Kong and looks like a cheap knock-off. What a waste if money and time...

Shocking. Received completely different product to what was advertised on website. Then no one is replying via email or whatsapp. It’s definitely a scam. Do not buy from here. Instagram advertising got me good.

Sent me the wrong carrier and won't respond to any of my attempts to contact. The customer service email goes to mail delivery failure

Shocking! Honestly AVOID! This company is nothing but utter rubbish, ordered, they took days to ship, even though they boast express shipping, when shipping email came it was a link to a ‘Yunexpress’ tracking site, they are sending products from china, it’s just a ‘sell on’ company, no branding on the carrier I received, no safety instructions, just a book that was in a different language. I paid via Klarna, I have reported this to them as a fraudulent website, when I spoke to someone on what’s app, they said that they had shipped it out from china due to a temporary stock issue, in the next part of the message they said that only express shipping is shipped from the UK.. and they then said that all products are shipped from their main manufacturer facility, so is this china or the UK? There is no stock issue or them avoiding delays, it’s just a copy and paste message they send out! And it also said it was shipped without branding to again, avoid delays. Absolute rubbish, they are just re selling carriers from china. The whole company is just a fraud, I am awaiting a reply from Klarna. Also, the company name Twinie has changed its username on instagram 17 times, and the payments on Klarna aren’t going to ‘twinie’ they are going to the name ‘Ouali Mohammed’ it’s just a massive scam, avoid, seriously avoid. The stock being sent out looks nothing like what’s advertised, they are still advertising Mother’s Day on their website, it’s now June, massively disappointed and annoyed!

Carrier arrived 15 days too late for holiday that my daughter needed carrier for.
Emailed to return, told I have to pay postage costs eventually after weeks of waiting for my email response from the elusive Elisa she sent me a return label. Took to the post office but postage return costs was £11.80, their label only covered £5.80. Emailed Elisa that day to ask for another label, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a response!

I ordered the product and it took weeks to arrive. I had to chase to find out when it would arrive and suddenly it was there the next day - they obviously forgot to send it.
Unfortunately the product didn't suit my toddler so I requested a refund. I had an email from Elisa on 12/04 saying my refund has been processed but as of 14/05 I still have not received my money. I have emailed and just get a standard response "Just to let you know, your refund is currently being processed. It may take a few days to appear on your account depending on your bank's processing time".
I chased again on 02/05 and 06/05 and received the SAME response on 10/05. I still haven't had a refund or a reply to the 2 emails I have sent since. They don't answer the phone or their whatsapp - I have tried everything to get my money back.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are lots of these products around so don't use these guys.

False advertisement on the website- says the order would be shipped by 2pm but it took several days for them to ship my order. Turns out there was a “backlog” of orders so it was shipped from their factory in China. It was out of the 4-6 standard days delivery by the time it got to me as I was already on holiday! When I did get it (eventually) it arrived in a black plastic bag with no other packaging. Just slung in there!
I’m now trying to return the goods but with absolutely NO instructions on their website of how I go about it, I’ll be shocked it happens.
