The ordering process was easy and careful. I had a question about the size of a raincoat and received a friendly and accurate answer. It fits my dog wonderful. Unfortunately the size of the underbelly dog coat (size 1) is too small for my Maltese. But I am not going to send it back, because of the high costs from the Netherlands to the UK. But is was my fault, so it is OK.

The best multi brand store owned by 3 amazing female owners!! They have the coolest items for every season for your precious pups!

I bought the cooling vest for the heatwave and it actually works great! It keeps cool when I spray water and doesn't seem soggy or heavy. I'm very happy with it and I think my dog is too.

Delivery was fast.

Lovely carrier, great quality and feels nice and sturdy for my dachshund who had spinal surgery. Highly recommend!

My maltipoo love her new bag for travelling on the train she is very comfortable.

The jacket took a fairly long time to arrive but once it did, I found the quality to be very good. The legs on the jacket are probably a little long for my little dashie but otherwise a great product.

The best quality of the coat I have ever bought , easy to care , waterproof, warm and my dog is happy in it.

Definitely my new favourite dog brand! Such well thought out pieces that are functional and adorable with quality fabrics. As a fabric technologist I’m so impressed with the construction of the garments i bought and will definitely be shopping again soon. Had a lovely interaction with the team as well regarding sizing and couldn’t rate their customer service more highly. I would rate 10/5 stars if i could ❤️

This shopping experience has been incredible and smooth. I had a few questions about the sizes of the items I wanted to buy so I messaged them on Instagram. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding me through the best sizes for my dog based on the measurements I took.

I bought the ICANDOR Peek-a-Boo Cross-Body Pet Carrier and matching Cosy Cushion, and am so glad I did. It was no small consideration as it is expensive, but it's so well designed and made - much more so than cheaper dog bags I've had over the years - that it's worth it. I bought the smallest size (M), which is perfect for my (slightly portly) standard size chihuahua, who's getting on in years and has epilepsy. The bag's built to last but is still attractive and comfy for pupper, and it's so well thought out - it has everything you could possibly want. Delivery was quick, despite it being Black Friday, and 2&4 Pets' customer service was really helpful too (I couldn't find a voucher code for extra off, did a live chat, and they responded quickly and gave me it).

As a dachshund owner it’s a struggle to find a coat that covers the entire lengthy back, fits the deep chest and the skinny neck…

I purchased the fleece lined raincoat and the quality is FANTASTIC, sizing is as described and perfect for my sausage boy. Delivery was quick and was packaged well. What more can you possibly ask for. I will be coming back for a warm fleece next! 😊
