I have dealt with this company for well over a year now, the ease with which I receive my groceries is highly commendable and their prices are very fair.

I’ve been shopping with *Twoy Caribbean Stores* for a while now, and I can honestly say they set the standard when it comes to customer service and delivery.

*Customer Service: 10/10*
From the first message to the last follow-up, their team is respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. They respond quickly on WhatsApp, answer every question clearly, and never make you feel rushed. If an item is out of stock or there’s a delay, they tell you upfront and offer good alternatives. It feels less like a transaction and more like dealing with family. The staff are warm, professional, and they actually care that you get what you need.

*Delivery: Fast, Reliable, and Careful*
My orders always arrive right on time, and exactly as described. The packaging is neat and secure, so everything comes in perfect condition — especially important for the Caribbean food groceries, fresh food items
