We purchased a Typecase product for an iPad 11 pro. One of the keys came off and we contacted Typecase for warranty coverage.

The response time was within a couple of hours and they provided instructions on possibly fixing the key issue. We were unsuccessful. We contacted customer support again and the response time again was prompt. The company was able to send a new keyboard immediately.

The delivery was fast and we received the new keyboard within 24 hours. This is an awesome company with great customer support.

Bought this for my iPad Pro 11 inch (M4). I absolutely am in love with this case. It is very easy to fix. The key board is very smooth and works very well. The battery life last for a long time after 1 charge. The best feature is definitely the screen that can be turn 360 degree. The Bluetooth connection is great, it gets connected as soon as the keyboard is turn on. Not only can it be use as a laptop, it can also be use in multiple angles. The backlight has multiple colors to choose from. The touch mouse pad is also very smooth and is easy to press.

This has kept my iPad safe from so many falls. I am naturally a clumsy and neglectful person so my things tend to fall and my iPad is not an exception. The keyboard is great I have not had any issues with it, I wouldn’t say I’m a fast typer but more average like 50 wpm and it keeps up well, no lag. The reason for me buying this was not only to make it more computer like and not have to carry a separate keyboard but also so that I could type on my lap, in the car, on the couch, and not be worried that it’ll fall over or have no support. A concern I had was that the iPad would be too heavy and cause it to fall over but surprisingly it doesn’t, it stays in place. I’ve had this for a long while now and the swivel has not gone loose it is still as strong as the first time I got it.
Overall performance is flawless. Additionally, it is recommended to periodically remove the iPad for internal cleaning.

Love when the colors change. It's excellent setup

Easy to set up, keyboard nice, feature I like about this one that keyboard has a battery save feature..after awhile no use automatically goes into battery save. Fits my iPad perfectly, Brightness of the LED keyboard? Vibrant, Value for the money, for Quality..yes. No Lag at all.  Compatibility, yes.

The Typecase keyboard cover is a beautiful light purple, looking very elegant;  it’s easy to spot if you place it somewhere. The keyboard is attached to the case which I prefer. The pad itself is held in place by strong magnets. I am not sure I would feel all this safe if this fell onto the floor but I think it would do okay. I have a thick cloth protective sheath to put this in if I am going to be carrying this outside.

this was so easy to pair and the backlit colors are so bright. I find it easy to use to type and you can swivel the top of this case to hold the iPad at an angle which makes it easy to use to type on my lap.

I love how the Typecase keyboard snaps securely onto the iPad, with powerful magnets holding the device rock-solid. Keys on the keyboard float as I type. It has many shortcut keys to make typing jobs easier. It has extremely easy Bluetooth connection by tapping the connect button. The backlit keys illuminate with one of 11 different colors and is easily activated. The built in trackpad is large and easy to use. I also like the convenient pencil holder to keep my electronic Pencil handy, easily accessible. Typing on this is a joy with the firm iPad hold, smooth floating keys and many shortcut keys.

How does the Typecase keyboard compare against the Surface Pro Signature keyboard? Surprisingly VERY well. On top of being less than half the cost, the Typecase keyboard comes with more features that make it a better choice for daily use. The Typecase keyboard is significantly brighter and the multiple LED backlight colors allow for some more personalization. Typecase Keyboard is a very good, lower cost alternative to the expensive OEM keyboard.

The Typecase keyboard cover pairs perfectly with my tablet and is of excellent quality.

This is pretty decent!

Fits my M4 13” iPad Pro perfectly - no magnet issues.  Holds it pretty solidly.

There’s a magnetic “latch” / flap that seems slightly longer than it needs to be BUT if you have a Pencil attached / charging, it’s designed to keep the case closed while also keeping the pencil secure.  Works great!

The keyboard’s keys have a decent amount of travel and resistance to them, so they aren’t terrible to type on.  With the built-in LED lights it’s pretty easy to use day or night.

The track pad is a pretty good size, and works well for navigating around the screen and clicking on things. You can also use gestures and overall it gives a very laptop-like experience.

As is, this is a very functional iPad case and well worth the asking price.

I absolutely love this keyboard it's definitely worth it. Top-notch quality, The lights are so cool and the keys feel so nice and the touch pad is very good as wel. I definitely recommend if you need a good keyboard it's like a mini Mac book but cheaper 🤭

This Typecase keyboard is an incredible replica of the iPad Magic Keyboard., with comparable performance. The keys are shallow but not gummy; they have good tactile response and resistance, and spring up quickly to accommodate fast typing speeds. I type around 90 WPM and experienced neither sticking key delays nor input lag.

We got this as a replacement keyboard for my son in high school. It was very easy to use super quick no install needed.

This is the best keyboard that I have ever owned. I have owned the expensive Microsoft Surface Pro's keyboard, this keyboard is superior to those. The setup is so easy and stress free, it almost sets itself up. Setup took less than a minute.

This Typecase keyboard works better than others I have purchased. I works like a larger keyboard.  It has the ability to set at an angle which is a better ergonomic fit. It also allows you to use it flat if you like. The color matches my computer the and it's lightweight but strong. I have dropped my entire laptop keyboard attached and it came away completely unscathed.

DO NOT BUY A TYPECASE. IT IS MADE OF THE CHEAPEST PLASTIC COMPONENTS AND WILL CRACK ALL AROUND. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. MADE IN CHINA. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order on December 27th and still have not received it. I followed up on January 2nd, only to be told the color I originally selected was out of stock. I then chose a different color, but I have yet to receive any tracking information or updates. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Typecase. The lack of communication and delays have been very frustrating.
