Be advised that TypeWhizz, contrary to their advertising, does not offer any jobs. They offer, for sale, easy courses in video transcription, but they have no jobs to offer. When you finish their main video transcription course, they merely refer you to websites of companies that do offer video transcription jobs.

Many of you rushed into typewhizz hoping to land a subtitling job, which is probably why you are here. If you haven't purchased the course already, you should know that they have nothing to offer beyond selling it to you; so you probably shouldn't, unless you wish to.

Don't be deceived by all the positive reviews (which all seem to be coming from the same group of persons under different aliases)

I need information upfront what is my once off payment fee for me to start earning, so I can plan as I am presently unemployed.

You pay the subscription fee but you dont anythin in return no jobs offered. just a waste of my time and money

They sell courses and dont offer jobs. They mislead you into thinking that they are offering transcribing job opportunities. They make you think that the purchase of training material is required to start doing work with them. Scummy practices taking advantage of people desperate to generate an income. Dont fall for the fake reviews

I paid for the course but got medical results after some days and was not able to continue the course. I asked for a refund, got a confirmation that I would receive it back, wrote them an email but without respons, even on messenger. This really feels like a scam because they promise an answer after 1 day but until now still nothing. That's really a shame!!!!!

I found Typewhizz about 10 days ago, tried to pay and no transaction went through. Emailed Katie - she emailed me back and sent me a registration page again - still I cannot pay or get in on the dashboard page..and noone has got back to my msgs, email or texts.. now much later and no response yet....

There is a site with lessons. I saw it. That was it. I tried to change my password and that's where it ends. The password change was "time outed", i.e. the page loaded the change for soooo long that I guess it wasn't successful!
I can't ask for my money back. That is a lesson I have to learn. So, now I am 20+ dollars into the deep, and can't access my profile! Yay :(

I feel so scammed. I paid for the course but decided the next day that it wasn't for me. Asked for a refund and I was told I qualify. After that they just keep on saying they will follow up and it takes 15 business days. It's been more than 15 days and no refund

I paid for their package but ended up not using it as I decided that I wasn't interested anymore.
I asked for a refund and they told me that I qualify for a refund but after that email they sent, about me qualifying for a refund, was radio silence. No one is getting back to me and it's been weeks now‼️

This is a complete scam. You are unable to download any of the materials that are needed and are not guaranteed a job. All this site does is provide links to other places that you would still need to take assessments for to get hired. This site does not help you learn transcription at all.

I registered with Whizz Type about 6 weeks ago with the understanding that I will get part-typing work to earn some cash. I try to contact them but to no avail. I find this is a scam so be vary of these of such ads.

Good Morning, I went through the reviews to help me make a decision. Positive feedback on course content but there is no additional feedback pertaining to the Job Portal. Is there anyone that completed projects using this portal?

Typewhizz is a legitimate and very helpful platform. I appreciate the fact that they include several other courses, not just the transcription course. Plus the jobs portal is a great feature. I was skeptical to sign up but I was pleasantly surprised to log in and find that everything was legitimate.

This company is an absolute scam. I bought their course and after a day decided it was not for me. They took my money and said they'd refund it. After emailing them on numerous occasions they just never replied and then I got messages that their inbox was full. Don't use or trust this company!

It's good that I did my due diligence. I get very skeptic whenever I see an entity claiming to offering a job opportunity and quickly ask you to pay for training.

I came here to investigate what other people say, and everyone who says it's good is talking about the training and lessons they have learned. No one is talking about what the company purports to be, a work-from-home opportunity.

This is misleading and criminal. Why not indicate from the get-go that you offer training for transcribing opportunities?

How do you ask a jobseeker to pay for a job opportunity? Why not deduct it from their earnings when they get paid for the job? I assume they get paid to pay the transcriber. Their system is senseless.

That, and the fact that there are even people who complain of not get their refunds, no customer service, and unprofessionalism.

I nearly paid, but I will not anymore. Well, I was skeptical from the minute I saw the payment page and the countdown.

Is there anyone who has honestly received a job from TypeWhizz?

In general the positive Trustpilot reviews are very generic and say nothing concrete about why the experience was positive. Furthermore, some of these positive reviews are duplicates under a different name/user profile. Suspicious, to my mind. TypeWhizz also seem to mislead about the "job board", from the negative ratings I have seen. That's the whole point of signing up. A "legitimate" scam perhaps? I'm too skeptical to try it now.

Is a fake company stealing hard working peoples money I lost money trusting the evil devils. I want them shut down.
