Hector was a great help in resyncing my classes. We use clever for single sign-on purposes and the sync had some student names, student ids, and then some not showing any time of identifiable information. Hector helped get everything correct in about 24 hours. I really appreciate all the help and quick/great customer service.

It's a great way to improve your typing skills. I enjoy my time practicing on it, and I feel improved at typing everyday. So, thanks a lot for that great effort and that useful web.

I had some issues with some email addresses not allowing me to enter some students into my typing.com classrooms. The typing.com team quickly took care of the issue, and I mean quickly. I have used typing.com for our classroom for eight years now and can honestly say that my students have fun using it and experience a definite improvement in key entry (typing) skills - typing speed and accuracy. Typing.com is a great resource for our students. They worked with our district on SSO and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend typing.com!

After repeated emails back and forth with support including screen captures to resolve an issue, I keep getting sent how to videos. Failure to read thoroughly the issue is rampant in the support department that I have worked with. So far, several of the premium functions fail such as the real time activity monitor and the assignments functions. The only real reason to pay for this is to remove advertisements.

I had some difficulty logging in with my childrens’ passwords. Hector was very efficient in helping me to resolve the issue quickly so we could get back to our typing lessons!

Our middle school computer tech teacher could not see her students for the 22-23 year in typing.com due to the sync between typing.com and Clever. After contacting typing.com, they reran a sync and now students are being populated from typing.com to Clever - within 24 hours.

i get much adds for some reason and so much lag and i do the one higher than 6th grade and it has to much upper case i know thats the point but it gets really a annoying, hope you understand.

I accidentally signed up for Typing.com. I wrote them and explained my error. They were very friendly and accomodating and gave me my money back.

I sync my classes with GoogleClassroom and had a question about deleting a student. They responded quickly and solved my problem. Actually, it was also available on their "FAQ" but I had not read it correctly. My middle school students benefit greatly with typing.com and it has helped them tremendously.

It's a great teaching platform where people can learn to type and excel at it. Their lessons teach you step-by-step and help you.
The only thing I don't like about it is that the teaching portal is a little tiny bit confusing sometimes.

Typing.com is the best program on the internet! I'm a teacher and use it everyday with almost 700 students to get them on their way to being great at keyboarding! "It's a Life Skill - Be Good At It!!!"
I used it at home with my own children and one of them is now a programmer for Microsoft! You make so many lives better with this program!

Do not use this free product! It's weird to say this but the ads are so intrusive that they actually cause lag in your keystrokes. I understand that free programs have ads, but it shouldn't be at the expense of the student trying to learn. Go elsewhere!!
