Two months later: still waiting for my refund
I returned a pair of shoes (order 10856) nearly two months ago and still haven’t received a refund. Customer support keeps citing “technical issues” and repeatedly promises that the refund will be processed soon, but nothing has actually happened.
At this point, the situation feels like scam. If the refund is not issued promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I wore their new cross trainer ONCE and when I returned for a refund because it fit weird , the customer service emailed me back only after I emailed them to check on status of refund to say they won’t accept my return cause shoes are “dirty” . From wearing them once for 10 minutes? Do not buy anything from them .

I bought a pair of trainers that were never shipped to me. I contacted them a week later and eventually they said that they had experienced shipping delays but my item would be posted the next day. 5 days later still nothing so I contacted them again to be told the item is out of stock.

Have TYR Sport tried to scam me?
I purchased 5 pairs of shoes a couple weeks ago.
Last Friday (March 20th) I received my order with a missing item.
I contacted the live chat and all they could offer me was the refund for the missing item.
What if I didn't notice the missing item? Scam?
I am really frustrated with all of this because they offered me a 20% discount coupon, that means that I must spend more money to get a "compensation".
Is that fair?
I am a customer and I shouldn’t be treated like that.
NOTE: I have already contacted them by the customer service and that is… the item was oversold, bla b la bla… we have talked to the web team... bla bla bla... and we hope to resolve this issue.

AVOID! Awful company & customer service
If I could give less than one star I would.
The customer service for this company is appalling! I would never recommend anyone buying from them.
After 5 wears of my new shoes they have come apart on the toe end of the shoe. I have provided proof and pictures of this to be told this should not have happened to the shoe and they would send out a replacement.
2 weeks goes by and nothing to confirm this order has been processed or shipped, after chasing them via email they were to tell me that they have had a stock issues and for me to choose a different colour. I did this naively thinking this would fix the issue and a week later still nothing confirmed, delivered or shipped. After chasing them again they have said there is an issue with their ordering system and they will give me a refund instead. I am not hopeful that I will ever get this refund especially after looking at the other reviews left here for this company.
Overall advice DO NOT waste your money on this company and never expect a decent reply from their customer services.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I returned a pair of L-2 Lifters over 2 months ago and I’m yet to receive a confirmation of delivery or a refund. The tracking of my return shows it was delivered a month ago. Emailed customer service which said it should be processed in 14-20 days, it’s been a month.

During the last black Friday sales, i bought a couple shoes from their official European website. It’s January and the shoes haven’t arrived yet. Not as any email to costumer service been answered. Will never buy again.

If you are unsure about sizing. They charge a handling fee of 15 euros when returning. On top of that they say they offer free shipping but they dont. You are forced to pay another 15 euro for express shipping within Europe.
Express shipping that took almost 14 days to arrive from Germany to Scandinavia!

Good product bad customer service
Ordered some L-2s and after a week I reached out the THEM only to be told they were out of stock. Offered to upgrade to the Tyrforces if they honored a similar discount that was advertised at the time of purchase. They didn’t bother to try and solve the issue and just cancelled my order. They make good shoes, but if you have any issues with your order at all their customer service couldn’t care less. Go buy Luxiaojun’s if the romaleo 4’s are too narrow.

Fell for another scam didn’t I.
Bought a pair of shoes on Black Friday and never heard back. I’m travelling soon and need my shoes so I contacted them and they STILL HAVEN’T shipped almost two weeks later. Preposterous.
Trying to get the order cancelled but as everyone else mentioned, support is atrocious.

I’ve had a similar experience to many other customers. TYR’s customer support has been incredibly disappointing — easily one of the worst support interactions I’ve ever dealt with. The representatives are unhelpful, provide no meaningful assistance, and repeatedly close support tickets without taking any action. For a company of this size, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding buying anything from them altogether; the stress of dealing with their customer service simply isn’t worth it.
DO NOT BUY TYR-L2 LIFTING SHOES
Tyr-L2 shoes were advertised as being made for lifters with wide feet. However, shoes pinch the sides of my feet and are extremely stiff in the ankles. I would not recommend buyong these, but if for some reason you were forced to, buy 1 size up from what you think you should buy. Also really bad return policy for the shoes.
Poor products and customer service
I ordered a pair of lifters, and the straps one the one shoe were significantly longer than on the other shoe, almost to the point of being unusable. I tried leaving a review on their website, and it said the review was submitted, however it was never actually posted as it appears that they only post 4 and 5 stars reviews.
I ended up googling the company and learned that many other people have had issues with their products, but the company refuses to take ownership and hides any negative reviews
