Easy to book, supply issue easily resolved by staff. Staff friendly/helpful (with coffee machine) notified me of a potential problem with suspension.

I was just handed my keys after I approached them when they continued there conversation after the mechanic had already gave my keys almost 5mins before I got them. I wasn't emailed a receipt or offered to have one printed while I was there.

Great Service
I ordered the tyres on-line and some-one got back to me immediately to let me know that the tyres I had selected would have a two week delay and to ask if this was ok. The caller assisted me in selecting more suitable tyres (highway rather than all terrain) at the same price and confirmed with me my selected location and time slot. I received a reminder email the day before the appointment. Great service on the day.

Great Service
Great service, changed my rear tyres within 40 minutes, and cleaned up my existing front tyres which weren't even being changed.

I believe Guys at Glendale store went…
I believe Guys at Glendale store went way above the normal service level.
I had 4 new heavy duty caravan tyres fitted and also nitrogen added ( as per originals from van factory).
Job completed very professionally. Neat clean & tidy workshop & space for vehicle & van to stay attached.
Also at same time had a badly punctured 4wd tyre repaired. I thought i was up for a new tyre but guys looked at it & said no problem we can repair it. Very happy $35 repair -v- $200+ for new tyre.
Highly recommend this store.
