The place is an absolute SCAM. Been 3 months since I placed my order. I wrote an email weekly asking for my refund. ONE response the first time and that was it. STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND!!!
* EDIT** Crazy how I got a reply once I threatened to write a review on every platform possible Daily until I got a refund. Even got refunded AFTER 3 months and zero replies. Doesn’t change a thing. STILL a joke of a company.

I never leave these kinds of reviews, but I'm exhausted and just wanted a little help. I'm a marine about to leave on deployment. I wasn't able to get my mother's day gift here on time because I was gone on another deployment. My mother is sick with M.S. and has had it for 28 years, so every time I leave and come back, more of her has dwindled away. I sent a very nice message asking if there was anything they could do or if I could pay extra to expedite the order, becuse I leave this Sunday and I really wanted to be with her when she receives it. I also don't know if I will return home from deployment. I received the most insincere and emotionless response that basically said, there's nothing we can do.....while then taking the rudeness further and throwing in my face what they already had told me in a previous message; as if I am not competent to understand the shipping directions or regulations. I understood them, that's why I was asking if somebody could help me. I would cancel my order, but I want my mother to get something, and now it will be too late to try and arrange something else. I will definitely not use this company again. Thank you.

This company will steal your money and you will never get your product. They stole money for me and they keep promising to send the product and they never do. It's nothing but a scam website

Its been literally 21/2 about to be 3 months. Still havent recieved my item. Conatcted USPS they said they couldnt find my item that Ive been paid for!
