Customer Services
Affordable, quality kink…
Quality merchandise at a very reasonable price. I purchased a toy I've wanted for years and I'm very happy to finally have it. I didn't need customer service, my experience was fluid from purchase to receipt of my package 8 days later (London to Delaware, USA).
Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service!
The customer serveice at Uber Kinky was great! I had a small issue with a discount code not working and they jumped on the case to make sure I could still order and get my discount. I was given frther options of delivery too to make the process super smooth and i was emailed a link directly to the payment page for the items i wanted with the discount applied. It was even delivered next day!
Thank you to Emma and the Team :)

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. If the item is not delivered they will try to avoid their responsibilities even though this is illegal under consumer law and totally unacceptable in modern online retailing.

Great customer service from UberKinky
Great customer service from UberKinky. I placed an order with a gift for someone along with a custom toy and didn’t realize the shipping would be delayed until the custom order was made. Emma arranged a speedy delivery from the warehouse and my parcel with gift inside arrived on the day of a friends birthday. Just in time! Honestly blown away by this level of customer service and will absolutely be shopping with them again.
