Disappointing
Hi
delivery was slower than the emails suggested and tracking reference said Royal Mail had no info, so I emailed you to check and never received a reply.
Then when the item did turn up it was in a jiffy type envelope which made the contents more than a little obvious when the postman handed me the envelope. Definitely not what I'd describe as discrete.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you are not happy with the service on your recent order. I had a look and could not find any emails on our system from you querying the delivery of your order. Sorry about the packaging not being up to standard, they should all be packed well and discretely, so I will follow up with the team about this. I will email you to find out more information. Apologies again. Thanks for letting us know.
