On time, no hidden fees. Good communication.

"Estimate" was off by $200. Then when the driver arrived in my area, he asked I drive 30 mins round trip to get the car....then when I got it, there was an added $50 tacked on before he would give me the keys. STAY AWAY from this broker!

They found a couple of options for me and were relatively communicative. The initial quote was far, far from accurate, but the eventual agreed upon price was adhered to down to the cent. The contract doesn’t seem to have any predatory or trap type clauses (as opposed to some others, don’t ask me how I know, lol). My car arrived exactly how it looked when I last saw it. “Simon” was helpful. I’d reach out to UFT again if need be.

Totally scam and bait and switch company I was quoted $500 to transport my Chevrolet Camaro from Detroit Mi to Florida from this company but the day before of pick up day the agent came up to me with totally different price that is $1800 then I was trying to cancel the contract and give my deposit back then They told me that they keep my deposit as a cancellation fee with doing nothing

Navigating the world of car haulers can be a bit daunting, especially with all the less-than-stellar reviews out there. That said, I took a chance on UF Transportation, and I'm happy to report it paid off! Joe Smith was very responsive and arranged a truck in just two days, and the vehicles were picked up promptly. I appreciated being able to easily communicate with the driver. There was a small delay of a day, but everything arrived in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend them. If you're looking at reviews on Trustpilot for this company it seems the latest one is from another carrier (that I also got a quote from!).

I made car shipment with George FL to MA. it was brand new Dodge Challenger. It delivered without any damages. That was great experience with you guys.
