Ben and Natasha were a pleasure to deal with and made my experience a great one. I was provided with accurate and relevant revision material which led to me passing all of the theory tests first time.

UK HGV helped me gain my class 1 licence first time hassle free, everything was booked for me, all online learning was provided, instructors at Craig Baker were friendly and helpful, highly reccomend

Honestly, if you are looking for the right agency to help you achieve your goal to become a driver. Then UK HGV is your only choice. They respond so fast and you can tell they have so much experience. They were also extremely kind and flexible to my needs. I highly recommend them!

Straight forward link given to training resources got into it immediately once confident and the 5 passes on mock were achieved theory booked and passed then on to my favourite part the practical really enjoyable and passed first time in hind site i would have broken up the sessions for the CPC as 35 hours in one week was intense but its done now thanks to all the team

I started with UK-HGV in Feb and passed in August.The experience I received was good to start with but there were setbacks along the way. While the overall training was good, the experience was far from smooth. I found myself constantly chasing for updates, with promised calls which never happened and frequent delays , which wasn’t communicated until I chased them and I was then told. Not a great experience for the money I paid. There were situations where I wasn’t receiving messages back, I wasn’t informed of timescales where I could actually book in the tests myself. In the end I felt I could have saved weeks. Even after passing. I felt that I had to chase again to get a call from the recruitment area. Not communicated well at all. I did fail my test once, and to rest the driving test Class 1C+E they wanted £600. I went to the direct driver school and it was £200. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for me. If you don’t know where to start, it’s expensive for what it is. Can save a lot of money if you know what to do.

Training with uk was easy and simple, no pressure, go at your own pace, just follow their instructions, tips anything that you're not sure about, just call them and they will explain it to you, put the work in and you should pass first time, they will look at your CV tell you what to do to update it, then give you loads of choices to upload your CV, I think they're pretty good.🙂
The only thing is the availability for the tests that took longer than expected that is not the schools fault

Since I started my class all the members kept me positive and I did everything that the instructor said to me.
I got it.
I smashed it.
I got my class 1 drive licence

Had a great experience with UK HGV who helped me through the process and made it more straightforward. They pretty much do most of the admin for you to make it easier during this process and thanks to them I passed first time 🙏🏾

The course is spot on and i gained a lot of knowledge through my trainings
Only one thing was missing from the informations what i given is about the tachograph card (no one told me that i had to apply for it by my self).

This company put me in touch with a reputable company and offered advice on the next steps in my career.

It's definitely a 5 star. The instructors were absolutely amazing, patient, knowledgeable and very supportive throughout. I felt confident and prepared for my test and the best part is I passed. I highly recommend and would like to give a special thanks to all the team. Thank you

Easy experience from start to finish. UK HGV organised everything, making it a stress free experience. Any queries I had were always answered in good time. I would highly recommend them, if you're looking at getting your HGV licence then look no further.

A very professional service provided at all times throughout my journey with UK HGV. I would highly recommend.

In terms of feedback though my only gripe is that given that the waiting time to sit your theory and hazard perception tests is about two months at present, then I believe these should have booked at the point of initial payment/ start of programme, and not after all CPC and module training was completed. To me, this was a wasted two month wait especially as I was on a “fast track programme”. It’s up to the student to prepare themselves within the given timeframes.

There was great communication and support from Adam and Natasha before and during all the stages to getting my C1 Licence. I,e, sending the forms off and advice on the theory tests and flexible to workout around my schedule. Also would get back to me quickly with any questions I had - even on Sunday evening! Adam and Natasha were both very friendly too and made me feel at ease and reassured with it all.

Straight from the first phone call with Adam I felt completely relaxed and that I was in safe hands and that's why I chose to do my HGV licence through UK HGV.

Adam set out a plan of action on how we would attack the revision for the various theory tests ans hazard perception tests that took a lot of worry and stress out of it for me.

Adam and Natasha have been fantastic throughout the whole journey, on the end of the phone with support whenever I've needed it and sorted any issues along the way that have arisen promptly and efficiently.

I would recommend UK HGV to anyone thinking of gaining a HGV qualification. All the staff are friendly, professional and make you feel calm and relaxed along the way.
