I visited the ware house before purchasing and the team was super helpful and welcoming. I purchased the lignum reformer with a tower. Great quality machine with an affordable price. The carriage of the reformer has got a smooth glide, the upholstery is soft a looks durable. I really love the the padded foot board, great comfort for my clients during standing exercises. Another great feature is the push through bar that has a grippy cover. All adjustments can be done easily. I ordered online, I got fast confirmation. Communication was very easy to arrange my delivery. The delivery was fast and arrived spot on time for my request. My reformer was carefully assembled in the studio. I am very happy with the product and the service. Thank you

I purchased the Elina Master Instructor Reformer with Tower. Pricing was competitive, the equipment is high quality & the service received from the team has been excellent. Delivery & installation was arranged at a convenient time & a demo of the equipment was given at the end of the install. Many thanks to the team for making the whole process stress free!

I am beyond happy, and I can't thank Rudolph enough. The quality of the beds are absolutely beautiful, so well thought out and the finishes are impeccable! I am so happy!!

Great service! Both on the phone answering promptly and very helpful. The first Wunda Chair arrived damaged and was replaced by a new one in less than 24hours - the company delivering directly to my studio. The equipment is of a high standard and quality is excellent.

I dealt with Rudolf from UK Reformers. He met us at the showroom in England and was really knowledgable and helpful with all of the different Elina reformers. 

He did not try and force a sale at all and gave me his honest feedback on all the machines. 

After that the communication was really easy and he made every attempt to get the reformers to me on time.

There was a slight delay with the shipping company but this was communicated to me with enough notice and after that Rudolf went to the extremes by getting the boat himself over to Ireland to deliver. 

When I had questions about the machines when attaching the ropes etc it was a weekend and Rudolf went out of his way to FaceTime me and talk me through everything. I would highly recommend buying from UK reformers.

Purchased 4 Elina Lignum reformers and had a great service from start to end, was kept up to date with delivery which was quick for reformers. Rudolf was always contactable and happy to help. Would recommend both U.K. Pilates Reformers and the Elina Lignum reformers.

I purchased 5 of the Elina Pilates reformer off this company for my studio and they are great. Amazing customer service, Rudolf sent updates regularly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He was also extremely helpful with information on the beds. The beds are amazing quality and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Definitely recommend.

i am obsessed with my lignum reformers, they’re even better quality than i thought. rudolf was absolutely amazing and so helpful with delivery & installation. so so impressed with uk pilates reformers and i will defo be recommending to everyone!

It has taken a while to write this review, mostly due to setting up our new Pilates Studio in Battersea. I can say that the service from Rudolf was second to none. He was brilliant taking us through from our first vist to review the reformers to turning up for delivery to help us unload and get set up. Above and beyond, and the feedback from staff and clients about the Elina reformers is wonderful.
We could not have had better support while expanding our current site.

I’d wanted to make the (very large) purchase of a Cadillac Reformer for a long time so I was slightly nervous when it came to finally taking the plunge.
I have absolutely no regrets in choosing to buy from UK Reformer Pilates.
The machine, from Elina Pilates, is absolutely beautiful. It looks amazing and functions perfectly.
(The only slight issue I have is with difficulty in adjusting the push through bar).
As other reviewers before have mentioned Rudolf offers excellent customer service from start to finish, and beyond. He delivered the Cadillac Reformer to my door and built it in situ. So glad I didn’t have to do this myself!
