Avoid buying online at all costs. If you get the bag, and you want to return it (simply because it doesn't suit you) - you're in trouble. Beautiful bag but didn't suit me - I sent it back straight away and well within the return window - and I've heard nothing for almost month. No return reply to multiple emails, no acknowledgement, no refund, nothing. There's no telephone number to call. Like the other review here, I feel totally scammed and being forced to consider legal routes to try and get my money back.

Placed an order 3 days ago, was meant to be with me in between 2-5 business days. In my online account, the orders isn't even fulfilled yet and received ZERO communication from the company.
I've already sent two emails but their customer service is unresponsive, they have no telephone number and my overall feeling is that I have been scammed.
My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs.

They finally got back to my email, apparently they experienced a technical issue. Package is on the way.

Update 21.04.2023
Package is due to be delivered today (as per UPS), Au Départ website says tomorrow (I guess just another technical issue).
They ended up shipping this out incorrectly without the DDP (delivery duty paid) so now UPS is asking me to pay an additional £200 to release the package to me. Au Départ is clearly mentioning on their website that DDP for EU, UK and US are supported by them.
Have I known how bad this is, I would have never purchased from them.
