This company is a disgrace. It lies about the product. Something I thought was a good deal turned out to be rubbish. And you could buy on Amazon for peanuts. They should not be allowed to get away with this. In my view it’s deceiving people and gaining a profit. Don’t buy from this company. I will be taking my annoyance further. Ombudsman will be contacted. I wouldn’t give it 1 star. They even had the cheek to reply to my email in German. I ordered this so called life like puppy. I find out it’s coming from China. No tracking updates go on Amazon and you can buy this rubbish for 7.99 with 2 stars. They saying buy now for 30 quid. Go on YouTube and guess what. Being scammed. This thing looks like something I made my kids out of wool. Absolutely rubbish. When it arrives eventually if it does. It will go straight in the bin. They even said if I am not happy I will have to pay 80 dollars to return it. I am a police officer and I will be following up on BowLift and how many people are being ripped off

This website is a massive scam! They only give you 5 mins to cancel without clarifying it anywhere. You must contact customer service and they will tell you no they won’t cancel it. They also sell fake product shipped from China with high price.

Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a doll for my daughter. It was lost in EVRI’s warehouse. The company told me I had to wait for Evri to find the parcel and to return to Bowlift and then they would send it to me. I requested a refund they said they’d pay 75%. They neither paid a refund or sent the doll so I started a dispute with my bank and 40 emails from the company later finally got a full refund thanks to my bank.

Scam. After 15 days item didn’t arrive. Asked refund. First customer service said they would investigate as tracking didn’t work. Then they updated tracking but might take another 7 days. Total scam avoid

Purchased some gloves for work. 2 weeks and hadn’t been dispatched for delivery. They said they were having issues the another week went by and they said the gloves were out of stock.

I asked for a refund but they really don’t want to do that and made other choices for me e.g credit.

I told them no and said I was going to involve the ombudsman.

I received my refund today.

I rarely leave reviews but I’ve taken the time to leave one for this. Do not buy please

The company is a scam operation, poor quality goods and worse customer service, even though they respond to emails in seconds, this in itself strikes me as problematic.
I ordered three lamps, what I received, nearly three weeks later was not what I ordered. Just the packing gave the game away. The product was very poor. I contacted Bowlift to return the goods and despite them seemingly based in the UK (Registered office in Cambridge) I would have to send the lamps back at MY expense to CANADA, or I could receive 10% refund and keep the lamps.
This contradicts their stated online policy.
I've lodged a complaint with my credit card company. But whatever happens, however you're tempted, NEVER buy from them. All they want is your money.

BOWLIFT - A SHAM & SCAM pretence company.
NEVER BUY from this website as the goods are shabby & very poor quality. If you return an item you will NOT receive your refund.
They will keep changing addresses across the globe & say you sent it to the wrong address as an excuse to only offer part of your refund & vouchers (for more shoddy goods).
Numerous emails back & forth for a week from Bowlift, sick to death of them I contacted Paypal,
who promptly came to my rescue.

Bowlift as a company was quick to retrieve money on an online order for a bag.
There is lack of appreciation to value customers money. Did not deliver product on time and with emails sent over to communicate i finally received a product that does not even represent the amount i paid .
The company is bargaining to not refund money in full and will give me 10% refund. They want me to order another item from them .
Where is their consumer accountability? I cannot even rate one star with my shopping trauma.

Tp link ordered box all squashed no instructions looked like second hand. The service was terrible long delivery time do not use this company

Placed an Order and when checking a couple of hours later found that the Listing was quite misleading and I was not receiving what I thought I was.
Contacted within 3 hours to cancel the order and obtain a refund to my Credit Card. They refused to Cancel the Order even though they told me the item had not been despatched. They are contravening the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I have notified Trading Standards and alerted my Bank.
I have notified them that I will be refusing to accept delivery from their courier but no doubt they will just leave it on my doorstep so I will be left with a return at my expense under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Cooling-off period clause: For items bought online, there is a legal right to change your mind.
This is known as distance selling according to the Act and I will have 14 days from the day I receive the goods to cancel and get my refund.
PS despite me requesting in advance a Returns address by email, Bowlift have not responded nor is there a Returns address on their website.

Rogue Traders the 5 star reviews on here are fake. This is a scam company working out of Spain and are not UK based. I ordered some drop down Christmas icicle lights for over £40. They took an eternity to arrive and when they did they were just a string of lights not as their website showed, had no UK plug it was a European plug so I can’t even tell you if they work. I contacted the company within minutes of it arriving to be told that they have sent the right item and that if I want a refund I have to pay to send it to Canada for more than I paid for the item. Avoid this company at all costs.

Never buy from this company I ordered telescope over 2 weeks ago an been told another 2weeks,I have a look if I ordered another says delivery in with 2weeks,customer service dreadful tracking terrible hasn't moved from port if I would of known it was China,I have learnt a lesson to check on here first,struggling to get refund of £75

Terrible - I wish I had listened to the warnings in this site - it seemed a cheap deal but in reality never arrived. And can’t get a sensible answer apart from we are dealing with it. It is taking up a lot of time and effort and still no resolution. Do not use.

I bought a camera with good reviews from Bowlift, when it eventually arrived, the quality was very substandard, definitely not a £40 camera.
I emailed them requesting a refund but was told that I'd need to pay postage costs of 20-80 euros.
Not a company I'll be buying from again

Absolute rubbish and they ignore contact for rerurns

One star is a bonus.
Ordered an item and paid for it and got a receipt e mail timed 1502hrs.
I then saw the item was not compatible for my needs so replied to them at 1507hrs wishing to cancel.
Their response is it was 7 minutes since the order went through and only allow 5 minutes to cancel.
Absolute joke of a Company.

Thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. The item took far too long to arrive and when it did it wasn't the product I had ordered. After a week of emailing back and forth getting conflicting promises about how they would resolve the issue they eventually decided that they were not responsible for the erroneous details in the Internet listing and I would need to return the item at my own expense. They are not UK based as they claim. The return postage was going to be more than double the cost of the purchase, up to $80.I've been left without the product I needed and out of pocket. I'll avoid this company at all costs. It's a SCAM.

Do not buy anything from this website. My mother purchased a nightmare on elm street Freddy Kruger prop replica. Which is clearly stated on the website what she received was a rubbish frame made from thin ply wood with a photo copied photo of Freddy Kruger’s glow covered by a thin piece of plastic. Disgraceful!!! Will be looking in to reporting this website to trading standards
