Uk Bowlift 

I ordered infrared binoculars (child’s toy) as a Christmas present. It arrived too late for Christmas (it took about 3 weeks even though it said 5 working days) and when it did arrive it was kind of rubbish. It cost £40 (discounted from £160 apparently), but looked like it should have been £5 approx. I paid for it to be refunded at a cost of £28 and have heard nothing since (about three weeks ago). A total scam I’m afraid - please avoid!!

Bought a wall mounted cows head 16/12/2025 waited 4 weeks for it to arrive,when it finally arrived it was like a child's plastic toy that you would buy from a £1 shop,sent over 12 emails and nothing,had to get my bank involved to get my £80 back stay clear

Terrible. They sent me a solar light. I complained. They said oh no and would resend the order. They sent me another solar light and when I asked for a refund and now blanking me and saying I am lying to them. Lost 80 quid. My fault. I should have googled them. But I was in a rush to buy a Christmas prsent

The old saying '' If it looks/seems too good to be true, it more than likely is''. Full disclosure demands I state I have not ordered or bought anything from this website, nor will I. Check out the reviews. If there was a ZERO to afix to this site, the majority would have awarded a ZERO. Every product I looked at across 12 different genre, boasts it has 50% off for New Year! My math is not the best but some products were as much as 75% off ! And, New Year passed 36 days ago ! Suspicious ? This looks more like a fire sale.
Perhaps this last observation explains why there is NO CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER, the office has already been deserted !

No indication when you order that the shipping is from china
I tried to use the tracking app but even that is dodgy and will cost 9.99 a week after the seven day trial
I would give 0 star if possible
I assume if the item is not what i want a return will be impossible

If I could give - 100 that would have been too generous
I ordered a shoe rack which was obviously a fake photo on the website and not only is it totally rubbish and nothing like the photo it was broken and totally unusable
I don’t think it would hold a feather let alone a pair of shoes !!!
I’ve e mailed for a refund but do not hold out much hope
Please do not order from these scammers.

Absolute scam! Stay clear they sent a poorly crafter photo of the 3d model and when I reached out I was ignored. I’ve passed the businesses information on to TS. STAY CLEAR!!

I would have scored a zero if possible this company take money from elderly people and blame the couriers when things don't get delivered.
They show zero interest in resolving matters once they have your money.
The couriers used were Yodel who say they delivered the package to my elderly parents but failed to mention they didn't knock the door and instead left the package in a front garden on a main road then accused us of lying and claim we received it.
My parents are 86 and 83 and are not in the habit of lying .
The company aren't forthcoming with their refund so please don't order anything from these people.
I will be taking legal action as defrauding the elderly is criminal

Scammers - cheap Chinese products - return costs more than items. Poor customer service. DO NOT BUY….
Cheaters

Don’t order from this company unless you are 110% sure that it’s exactly what you want/expect as returning anything is impossible without paying massively for return costs. ‘100% hassle free returns’ as stated on their website is so far from that! Basically, if you buy from here, you are keeping what you buy whether it’s faulty, wrongly described or just not what you expected. Avoid.

received message saying package was being returned when I hadn't even received it. sent numerous emails and contact forms no response. no telephone number. can't get a refund. don't order from this company

This website… I won’t call it a shop or company as you can’t buy anything.. you simply give them money and they give you nothing of any value in return… I would have had more pleasure and less stress wiping my cats arse with my money.. but I was stupid and didn’t read the reviews first. AVOID

Trainers developed a fault within 14 days . They replied saying it was outside their 14 day return policy . I pointed out that these have failed basic wear and tear . I threatened trading standards and they suddenly wanted to help ! Avoid this company

This company is very difficult to get a return agreed. They send multiple emails about the return but do not give you an address to return to. Furthermore they are inconsistent in their contact and they are not portraying their return process fairly. It will cost you upwards of 20-50£ to send things back at your expense. It is not refundable either to recover the cost of the return.

THINK CAREFULLY AND SELECT ALTERNATIVE SUPPLIERS. ESPECIALLY ON INSTAGRAM

1 star allows a review, however, they do not warrant it. it is my belief that this is a scam business. Do not go anywhere near it!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE worst service and products. Bought a toy for my toddler that was broken and unsafe! Send it back months ago still waiting on my refund! So untrustworthy! Terrible service

Would give no stars absolutely rubbish ordered a tap that realised soon after ordering was cheaper a lot cheaper on eBay came 2 weeks later damaged parts missing definitely not as described

I have the same issue as Anna.
They took payment and no product delivered. When i try to email their support team i get constant bounce backs and cannot get hold of anyone.
TOTAL SCAM!!!

Waited 2 weeks for lamps to be delivered. Then they Failed to deliver items that had UK plugs fitted.
Contacted customer service immediately, had to provide photo evidence. Then waited 4 weeks for replacement wiring and plugs. No instructions and l had to do the rewire. Then told me because l had exceeded the 14 day return policy l could not return the items!!! Luckily l had a background in engineering/electrical.
Don't buy from this site

I would not use this company again, I ordered a keto reader and after 2 weeks received an alcohol blow metre which is not at all what I wanted. I’d waited 2 weeks for this so was v disappointed to find that they’d sent me the wrong item.
Do not use they are clearly abroad and messing up orders and not getting back to customers with refunds/exchanges to rectify the problems.
