Uk Bowlift

Same as all others on here. Bought an AI dog. Was NOT AI.. infacr just a shabby toy not worth a fiver. They also asked for it to be returned and for me to pay to return to Canada... I too am in the process of escalating complaint to Trading Standards.. as false advertising.. SCAM... don't let this company get away with it AVOID

Please read ALL the comments on this company,,,,,absolutely shameful in EVERY aspect,,,,the whole site is a Scam, I eventually had a refund from my Bank for an item that didn't get delivered ....DO NOT USE BOWLIFT !!!!!!!! *****It doesn't deserve 1 star

Has anyone ever managed to get a refund from this company?
I waited a month for a heater to arrive, when it did, it came with a two pin plug and not a UK standard plug. All the instructions were in Chinese. This item is dangerous.
I have since tried to return this item. Same as other reviews, vouchers have been offered, return to Canada, I have to pay costs, and the emails have gone quiet.
I have threatened them with the UK Consumer Watchdog. Something seriously needs to be done about this Chinese scamming company
If anyone has managed to get a refund please post how you did it.

This company are scamming people i place an order for an item that was to arrive in 2/3 days for my Granson after almost 4 weeks this arrived after many emails i found it was actually coming from China i asked to cancel but company would not allow this as this arrived to late i purchased another gift for grandson so i wanted to return it but they wanted me to return item to Canada which by the way i was to pay £25 to £100 (Item Cost £133) they also told me if it arrived damaged i would not receive any refund the box that i received was already battered so what are the chances of refund NIL as i complain they said i could just keep it and they woulf give me £10 back its a joke DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased two Christmas presents, one was the ‘high precision professional laser catapult’ - it arrived in a small cardboard box with no pictures or anything resembling a fancy product. I opened it to find a lousy plastic handle, two plastic pieces (which fit nowhere) and a yellow rubber band. I contacted Bowlift and said that this is not what I ordered. After a day, they responded saying I have arrived the ‘professional catapult’. I asked for a refund and they told me I would have to post the item back to them as a cost to me of upto €60! I challenged this, and after a week, they have offered me a voucher for the amount, to spend on their site (as if I’d make the same mistake again).
To note, I ordered the item and then read the Trust Pilot reviews once realising I hadn’t received a confirmation email…I was then horrified to read other’s stories, and that they are still operational. The second item hasn’t arrived. I have reported to various places, the bank is on it with a dispute and I will make it my mission to have them investigated and sent down.
Please DO NOT trust this site-especially if your emails are responded to by a “Jennifer” Bot. Not even worth one star!

I ordered an interactive puppy. An insult to puppies.Not funny but it keeps falling over. I emailed them saying it is like the sort of trash you win at a fairground.Lucky for me I haven’t told the child what I was buying him.
I can have 3% money back if I pay a fortune on postage. We live and learn .

Disgusting service. I never received the item and I still haven’t had a refund. Their response was just a copy-paste apology saying they’ve “escalated it” and asking me not to do a chargeback, but no actual solution or timeline that was honoured. Avoid.

Like many others, I have been ripped off by this company. I ordered a pair of heated gloves for my wife, £35, eventually they delivered a pair of cheap basic unheated gloves, value maybe £3-5... When I complained they (eventually) agreed that they were wrong, but next day sent another message claiming that they had delivered the correct item and would not replace or refund. Reading other reviews on here, this seems to be their standard practice.
This operation is obviously a complete scam; I doubt that I ever see either my money or the ordered gloves. Avoid them at all costs, they are crooks.

Do not trust this company i waited ages for delivery then when it turned up, the sofa covers were a completely different colour to what I ordered and when I asked to return they expected me to fund this offering discount on my next order !
What a scam unless you aren't bothered about the little things like colour dont order from here

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We ordered a vortex rug as a Christmas present at a cost of £43. After waiting ages it finally arrived through the letter box! It was nothing like the advertised item and when we asked for a refund was offered a 10% refund and discount voucher or return it to Canada at my own cost of up to $80. Sounds like this is their usual way to do business. Still trying to get my money back.

UK Bowlift sold me a SSD that stated that it had a 128 TB storage. When the company that was doing a data recovery for me tried to use it, they called me to say there was a) Counterfeit B) Contained no drive at all, so was completely unusable. I emailed them and this is my reply from them. They are utterly useless and scammers.

Asked to send it back and they refused a refund still fighting with them nearly a month later

Didn’t want to give one star - this company are thrives ordered a grinder - for Xmas present no sign of it - every email I receive is saying their customer service is looking at it DO NOT USE unless you want to loose money - I have now had to go to my bank to try and retrieve this money -DONT USE

Sent a broken watch. Refused to answer emails or provide address for returns. Absolute scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!! AVOID.

I've just received my , 'Robitic Puppy,' and can truthfully say that it is terrible!
Firstly, the body of the toy is much less sturdy than it appears in its advertising pictires. There is a hole in its back, barely covered by the, 'fur,' which is in itself, thin and not firmly attached.
Last but by no means least - IT DOES NOT WORK!! Having tried three different pairs of brand new batteries, there is not so much as a twitch out of my, 'lifelike,' puppy. It is, on truth, lifeLESS.
I would actively duscourage anyone from purchasing this item. It is overpriced at £39 - and it's shameful that it is so shoddy.

We have to learn our lessons in life somehow and sometimes it’s the hard way.

After almost 10 days since I ordered a Christmas present off bowlift , I raised a complaint to bowlift and like people have said they are quick to respond but then go silent when you escalate it further.

Thankfully I used by now pay later , so I haven’t lost any money like some people unfortunately have.

SO WHATEVER YOU DO , DONT USE THIS SIGHT AND BOYCOTT IT AS ITS A SCAM

Oh dear. I too bought something without reading the reviews. I had no communication from the company after my order. It arrived without instructions. I have been waiting two weeks for more and useful information. Decided to ask for a refund but was told that I have to foot the shipping costs back to Canada! Robbers! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT use. I wish I could give a zero. I usually check trust pilot first but for some reason didn't..my mistake!
As with others, didn't arrive , customer services gave reason they couldn't refund as that it was in transit, i had already checked tracking whichrevealed it wasn't. They refused a refund stating it was already on it's way then shipped it AFTER my call. Product arrived, some damage and very poor quality. I again asked for a refund but was offered vouchers for future purchases or I was told to ship it back to a warehouse in Canada at great cost. I can see below, people who do send it back do not receive their refunds anyway.
