Jackery Explorer 2000 & 3000
This is the second Jackery unit i have purchased i have the Explorer 2000 that I use in our motorhome and the Explorer 3000 I use at home. The products are well made and of excellent quality. The solar panels work well and seem to charge the units quickly. You can’t beat free electricity. I would have no issue recommending Jackery Products

I generally consider it a very good product. Unfortunately, the 230-V outputs stopped working after just four weeks of use. The warranty policy is also generally good. However, the processing times could be shortened. Special thanks go to your employees for their excellent and friendly communication.

If only I hadn't been lured in by the discounts.
I placed an order for a power bank and a solar panel and noticed that the communication from Jacker left a lot to be desired. With no communication or products, I cancelled the order, but Jackery ignored the cancel request and delivered the solar panel.
Emails are ignored, and phone calls receive empty promises. Currently, they have almost £1000, and I have no idea when I will get this back.
Do not buy from them! They are selling products they don't have in stock and will give you the runaround to try to keep your money. Don't be lured in by the discounts. It isn't worth it.
