I ordered a dress and the colour is nothing like the picture on their website which I sent them pictured to clearly show the difference.

The quality is awful.

I emailed as soon as I opened it requesting a refund but they have sent multiple email’s point blank refusing to let me send the dress back and receive a refund.

The dress really impressed. I was not expecting such a well done dress, but it was really worth the cost. There are lots of fabric so it has this great swing to it. I absolutely loved it and everyone is talking about my photos. Super recommend.

Prom dress purchased, good quality of fabric, good shape and size in excellent price.

We received my daughters dress for her prom and it is beautiful. We chose the Princess Off-the-shoulder Tulle Ruffle Prom Dress With Appliques in the colour Daffodil. This colour is more of a soft lemon but we are so glad as the yellow isn't too bright. We opted for custom fitting and this fits so well. No need to alter it. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Positives - made-to-measure (fits very well), arrived in ten days.
Negatives - it's not the same fabric or colour as per the photos.
Bottom line - daughter was ok with it, but it's really a cheap knock-off copy of what we were expecting

I want to praise this very efficient company because of the amazing experience I’ve had with them! From the wide selection of dresses, to the easy process to order a made to order wedding dress, to the speed with which the dress was manufactured and shipped back to me… I had my beautiful wedding dress within two week of ordering it!
But also, they kept in touch consistently, confirming every step and reassuring me that they had it all under control! Thank you very much MillyBridal!! I would recommend them to anyone!! 5 stars!! 🌟

If I could give zero I would.
I custom ordered the dress which arrived too big with snags on the material throughout the dress.

The quality of the dress is disgustingly cheap.

I have tried to contact the company on several occasions to no avail.

Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my son's wedding unfortunately the colour is nearly the same as the mother of the bride so I requested to return the dress. They told me I ordered that colour and wasn't allowed to return it. Under the consumers rights act 2015 I have a right to a refund. They are delaying getting back to me and I am aware I have only 7 days to return it and now only 3 days left I have been left with no choice but to write this review. Most disappointing the dress was £270 so not a cheap dress.

There are some beautiful dresses on this site, however the one I ordered for £117 arrived with a small hole in the net material, which I emailed the company about straight away and was offered a 15% partial refund, which I agreed to. This wasn’t processed as promised and after a couple of weeks I chased them up, and had also realised that the belt was already starting to come away from the dress (having never been worn), and the zip would stick as it passed the belt. I also reported these problems to them and they did eventually send the refund for the hole but the other issues were never mentioned or addressed by them. For the price I would say the quality is poor and customer service is really lacking

Company had great service for any problems I had, and the dress took about 2.5 weeks to come. my dress was beautiful quality, a little bit long for me as I am 160cm in height, but it was overall a lovely dress and I got a lot of compliments on it.

My daughter loved her dress. She tried on several at a boutique and all need alterations and were well out of our price range. Ours arrived with in 2 weeks. The quality is really good and it fits perfect. This was the 1st dress she tried on she loved.

Very poor customer service and difficult to get responses. I would never recommend these people. They take orders for stock that is not available and then after delivery say they are out if stock, do ai want to order other shoes? Well no, and when will those eventually arrive. Where is my refund. There sizes are totally wrong, and no clear way of getting any refunds. My poor granddaughter’s wedding can be ruined. Terrible company, stay away. I would prefer to give -10

Wish I could give zero stars, their sizes to colours are totally wrong. After many emails back and forth, the company agreed to refund 80% if I return the wring items which I did (postage to China at my cost) and they still have not refunded the amount. they blame that PayPal is holding the funds (Millybridal collects payment via PayPal) but will not show any proof to confirm the amount they have released. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THEIVES !!

The dress fit perfectly. A tad long but that was probably my fault with the measurement but they were very helpful and communicative. The quality was really good! Very fast delivery.

Ease of measuring and ordering, dress arrived in time and was well packaged, fit beautifully and looked fabulous
