in most ways it's great. What is really annoying is the charger. I have a Sonic Pro toothbrush, which isn't suitable for my disabled daughter. I got her this Sonic toothbrush instead, and the chargers for the two toothbrushes are different! Is there really a good reason for this?

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the toothbrush overall, but we completely understand how frustrating it is to have different chargers for the two models, especially when you’re purchasing a separate toothbrush for your daughter.

The Sonic and Sonic Pro have different charging designs, which means their chargers aren’t interchangeable. We appreciate that having one compatible charger for both toothbrushes would be much more convenient, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to our team for consideration.

Suzanne was very prompt and efficient to replace my toothbrush after I’d explained the button stuck, she agreed that there was a fault which is unusual and issued me with a replacement. I’m very happy with this service and with Spotlight.

So far so good. I love the 30 seconds that the toothbrush gives you, as it lets you clean your teeth thoroughly. I think this is my second week with the toothbrush and I haven't charged it yet. So battery is amazing. Very happy with my purchase!!

Great product but seem to have to buy a new one every 2yrs as they stop working. Not ideal for the price. I originally paid £100 for mine. Price reduced but now doesn’t come with a case. Ok for us as we had ours from the previous ones. This is my husbands 2nd and I’m on my 3rd one.

We have 3 spotlight toothbrushes in our home and I would NEVER use any other product! Our teeth felt instantly cleaner and almost all friends have also purchased too! The blue powder stain care is also a top choice. Customer service is second to none 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very low quality toothbrush - my recommendation is to spend a bit more and go with a recognised brand. Also, having opted out of communications twice and made direct contact twice requesting the same, I am still being pestered by this low quality company, including an email today which promoted this review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with both the product and your experience.

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you were unsubscribed from our marketing communications at the end of May. However, the email inviting you to review your purchase is sent separately from our marketing emails and is part of our post-purchase service communications, which is why you may still have received it.

We apologise for any frustration this has caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Kind regards,
Suzanne
