If you can go elsewhere, I suggest that you do.
I bought a £750 laptop, and needed delivery within 3-4 days, the 4th being a Saturday so I paid the extra £6.95 for 1-2 day delivery. I received two emails immediately confirming my delivery, but then nothing, forcing me to calll them 6 days after placing my order. After being on hold for 15 minutes while they searched through "something strange", I was told that it would be arriving the next day, and that they would refund me the £6.95.
I could have got the same laptop from Amazon for £699, though they did not have stock and delivery would have been delayed. As it happens, it would have arrived from them the same day, and I would have been better off it I'd ordered from them.
I explained the above to ASUS, but I was only offered a cancellation, nothing else, and now my daughter has to wait another month before I can give this to her.
As far as I'm concerned this has been a breach of contract, met with the 'what are you going to do about it?' attitude that is all to common these days.

Your refund policy sucks, in Saudi Arabia if i am unhappy with a device they will refund it by sending a delivery man to the address.
You guys suck at your refund policy, maybe change it :)

Excellent portable monitor
I bought a portable monitor, to go with our zenbook, and also to use whilst working from home with. My work laptop. The monitor is a fantastic addition to my home office, I am used to two monitor working at work, it makes working more efficient as a software engineer. The image es are clear

Great Customer Service
I have ordered an ASUS laptop it was great in performance and good overall. However, had to return it due to poor screen quality. Customer service handled my problem very well, and I am waiting to get a refund. Overall, you will not make a mistake buying from this store. It’s just awesome.

While the product is first rate and the price paid reasonable the order process was not streamlined. The supplier failed to release my order on the next day delivery service as paid for and was subsequently refunded. Additionally the web login for tracking an order did not update and was useless in operation.
The customer service team were polite and helpful on the occasions that I contacted them, however it would of been nice not to have needed to contact them in the first instance.

amazon failure
After amazon managed to send two italien keyboards instead of the UK version I had ordered. I ordered directly from the uk asus store and it arrived in a couple of days.

Abysmal service
No confirmation or correspondence regarding the status of the order for over a month until two days after I opened a Resolution Case on Paypal, seeking a cancellation and full refund.
I was told "You order shipped today. Do check the DPD website to anticipate delivery". That was it.
No apology. Unwanted item sent out despite full knowledge (and advanced notice) of my intention to cancel.

Can't trust them
Order an item and received a delivery of a different item. ASUS then told me to return it as they couldn't fulfil my order even though the item is on sale elsewhere and I was prepared to wait. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. Would never buy from them again.
