Great site, easy to compare and buy what I wanted. Flawless checkout and tracking.

First off let me say the customer service is excellent, they are helpful and quick to respond.

On the other hand I believe they are deliberately misleading customers into thinking they are purchasing from ASUS when they are not.

They say they make it clear by stating they are actually Laptop Outlet at the bottom of the page in tiny writing. At the same time the customer service email is ASUS Customer Service, their website is uk.store.asus.com, their customer service email address is cs@asusstore (even though the email I have been using to contact them is asus@shopretaildirect

They appear to be doing everything they can to convince customers they are purchasing from ASUS. Laptop Outlet have their own website, yet they have another here imitating a manufacturer.

I wrote this review after being informed by a third party about a delay in delivery (originally due in a few days), I had to contact them first to ask for clarification. This is after missing the item I wanted after I signed up two separate email addresses to their pre-order service, only to never receive them. As such by the time I saw the product was available it was out of stock.

As an additional note the payment options varied from day to day and CS couldn't provide method to the madness.

Since pre-ordering I've heard these new laptops posses the kind of cooling efficiency of a oven. All in all perhaps this was for the best.

A crying shame as they appear to have excellent specifications for the prices..

The items quality's are so good. The staff working very well, so quickly answer all emails. Just one problem if you need to return the item you will need pay for delivery

Device delivered not as advertised. They've only offered a refund.

Fantastic service from Asus, very impressed with them!

Great performance laptop. The only downside is the extremely loud cooling fans, no sd card reader, and no web camera. The rest is exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a high-performance laptop.

I have received tje product faster than expected. The person I spoke with (customer service/live chat) very helpful and polite.

Product great. Range good. I was a bit concerned could only pay by PayPal. What's wrong with credit card? Caused me to doubt the authenticity of the supplier. Also only informed of carrier a couple of hours before receipt. Earlier would have been better to ensure available to take it. I didn't have to sign!

Pre-Ordered a laptop which said on the product page was estimated to be delivered (not despatched) 12 days from the order date on a Friday. At the time of ordering it said I would get an e-mail when it was despatched and would be given a tracking number for the parcel, and that I would also be able to sign into my account online to check order status and tracking. When that Friday came my order status still said 'processing' but I received an e-mail from a member of the sales team saying that their warehouse had just received stock of my laptop and they were endeavouring to get all pre-orders despatched by the end of the day, but delivery wouldn't be until Monday as that was the next working day. 'Fair enough' I thought. But at the end of the day I had still received no notification of despatch and no tracking details, and my order status online still said 'processing'. It remained like this through the whole weekend.

On Monday I did receive my laptop as promised, delivered by DHL, but even after a few days after receiving and setting up my laptop, my order status online still said 'processing'!

I did eventually receive a despatch notification e-mail... on the following Monday - the week after it had been delivered. and my order status has now changed to shipped. There were still no tracking details given online, just a shipment number. I did wonder if I might be receiving a second one lol but alas I only got the one (I would of course have refused delivery of the second one if it did turn up and asked them to return it to the sender as I'm an honest guy)
