Highly Recommended
I purchased a Sim Racing Rig through a diffrent company and recived a faulty light on the unit. Emailed the company and got told to contact ThermalTake Directly which i did. Thinking i was going to be waiting a while for the reply I Recieved prompt replys consistantly. I was offered 2 diffrent options to go about fixing the issues with complementary compenants.
Adam F is ace at Customer service very prompt and helpful.
I would also recommend the Product GR500 to anyone wanting a Sim Cockpit.

Tower 600
Ho fatto un ordine su amazon di un case tower 600 che mi è arrivato con uno dei vetri guasti. Ho scritto al servizio clienti in germania e dopo pochi secondi mi è arrivato il numero di tracciamento dell'ordine. Arriva il pacco con il vetro sostitutivo imballato perfettamente. Non posso che lasciare 5 stelle.
Faulty part
Used this company for years and the hardware has always been good until I had a fault with an item sent it back to Germany at my expense to get no communication or reply’s to emails very disappointing will not be using them again cost me over £26 to send I back and have so far ended up with nothing disgusted

Unfortunately, the cable protection doesn’t bend
It seems to be a really good product. However, it hasn’t worked well for me as the cable protection doesn’t bend, so my GPU is right next to glass on the Core P8 glass window. And also next to PSU. I bought the 300mm thinking it would be easier to use. If I get a 200mm I will have a similar problem, The riser cable that came with the Core P8 did fit better but unfortunately is 3.0 and I need a 4.0. I probably need to return the cable and buy another brand.

PSU bricked after a year
PSU worked fine for a year then completely bricked. They said a replacement would be sent in 5 - 10 working days. It's now been 20 (a month with no PC) and still nothing. No other communication and ignoring my emails. Even if it comes it's still a very long time to be without a working computer!
I had emailed support 4 times but didn't get a response. It's finally turned up and I got an email to say "Hi, it's showing as delivered"! After I had signed for it. An email to say when the box had been/expected to be shipped is a small ask!!

From Zero to Hero!!!
Hi I received a case from Amazon and they were quiet unhelpful as I did not open after 30 days as I was waiting for other parts for my pc build. Anyways after 30 I got round to opening the case and a part was missing. Amazon stated I was outside the 30 day period to return. I contact thermaltake and Adam the customer service rep was amazing!!! He took a few details of me including an invoice etc and the part was delivered to me within a few days and he kept me informed every step of the way. Restored my faith in thermaltake as I had lost it with dealing with Amazon. But couldn’t thank him enough and will defo consider them again for any other pc parts too.

Adam is a living legend
Adam is a living legend. Some plonker didn't pack two of my parts for the Argent Gaming Desk which I had to sell my granny for, and Adam sorted it very promptly. He also sent me some peripherals to go along with it which I was very pleased about.

Replaced broken fan
I mentioned about a broken CT140 fan that came with my CTE C750 Air during a post about something else, I honestly didn't expect anything, that changed when Adam Faulkner from Thermaltake UK replied and asked me to send him an email and he could get the broken fan replaced for me.
I emailed Adam who helped me throughout, all I had to provide was my name and address to send it to, Adam went far above and beyond any expectations a customer could have, kept me in the loop at every single step including ordering and shipping, in fact not only did he replace the broken fan but he sent a pack of 2 of these fans out to me which were with me in around a week (they came from Germany too).
I can't thank Adam enough for how prompt and courteous he was along the way, an absolute credit to Thermaltake, the kind of customer service that makes someone like me feel important to the brand which in turn will see me be loyal for a lifetime in return.
