Total scam company
Total scam company. Completed surveys to the value of 90,000 points and tried to redeem via Paypal. Received a message to say the payment had been rejected and when I have tried to log in to my account it said my credentials were wrong. Tried to re-set password but did not receive any re-set password email. Contacted them on numerous occasions and they have said my account is now closed and cannot be re-opened. All of the points have gone...total scam

How interesting to read other reviews, all of which are bad!!! I have not experienced their payout arrangements as I haven't done this for long enough but my account has been suspended for no apparent reason that I can see. I'm not sure what these people get out of these surveys except irritating everyone beyond belief!
Too long wait to receive a reward
I have claimed a gift card on 11th October and after more than two months I haven't received that yet. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep on saying to wait but I'm really disappointed and I'm not taking any surveys anymore because I'm not really sure that I will receive that gift card and I don't want to waste my time.
Toluna are Scammers…
Toluna are clearly a dishonest duplicitous disreputable company.They must now owe tens of thousands of pounds/dollars to 100's of panellists.They are obviously just utter scammers and yet TrustPilot ranks them as 4.1 out of 5.How is that possible? All the positive reviews must come from NEW panellists who don't yet realise that they will NOT get paid by Toluna.Absolutely shocking company and if they were in the UK (they are French) I would take them to court to get my £150.
Don't take any surveys from this wretched company as they will not pay you.
Have been with Toluna for years
Have been with Toluna for years. They used to be fine however for the last few months they have not been paying rewards. I had to wait over a month for my last £30 reward to come. This time I have been waiting since the end of October for a £30 reward and they never respond to emails regarding this. The reward has now disappeared from my account and no longer says processing so doubtful if I will receive it. I will no longer do any surveys with them if I don't receive my reward. Looking at other people's reviews I cannot understand why they are still operating as a company and why people are still doing surveys with them

Waiting for 3 x £30 Amazon vouchers for months. Every time I contact them they tell me it’s solved and close the ticket. It isn’t solved. They owe me for work I’ve done for them. Completing surveys is work for which they need to pay me. Clearly they have huge issues as dozens of people are saying they haven’t been paid. It can’t be a staffing issue as they could just set up automatic digital payments as other survey companies do. It must, therefore, be cashflow issues. Have they run out of money? I’m predicting they’ll start closing people’s accounts before long, claiming people have violated their terms or some other poor reason, just to avoid paying people. They must owe thousands in rewards vouchers to their hardworking survey completers. It’s a scandal.

Diabolical!
I left a review, on here, about rewards dating back to the 19th of October still not being paid, along with rewards from the 13th and 27th of November, totalling £70. I’ve put in several tickets and got fobbed off, saying my rewards are being processed.
I received a reply on here, from Toluna, stating to basically put a ticket in, so they could look at this in more detail, which I did.
I put a screenshot with the ticket, and it was marked as solved with no response from them whatsoever! Absolutely diabolical.
I have a feeling I will now get blocked and will never receive my reward payouts.
Gone from good to very bad
Have been using Toluna for many years, with little or no problem, although the the amount of effort needed to obtain financial rewards is completely disproportionate to the value of the rewards.
However, recent redemptions asked for in October 2025, have still not been made, although one was done on the day, I still have £40 outstanding. Have been corresponding with customer services, whether it's an actual person of AIBot, is difficult to determine. However, keep being told the query is "solved" when it's not.
A few changes over time, make me wonder if this company is in financial difficulties, aside from the slow or non-payment of rewards, (e.g. rewards are of a lower value, such as £10 and not £50, (so I have £40 of £10 redemptions outstanding, whereas before I could have just claimed one £50) and also the number of reward partners has diminished.
Alternatively, the company is deliberately not paying, yet is still rewarded by it's clients, which could potentially be fraud.
Regardless, I am ceasing any further surveys until, if ever, my query is resolved. Of course, if my account is suddenly "suspended", then that will confirm my opinion of this company.
So if you want to complete the surveys for financial gain, you do this at your own peril.

Should be nil stars as dreadful company. Waiting for over a month for my reward and still no sign of it despite numerous emails. DO NOT COMPLETE ANY SURVEYS AS THEY WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR REWARDS. other companies send rewards within minutes.

Stay away from this site if you want to be paid for your hard efforts. I have been a member for more than 5 years and never had an issue until 4 months ago. Since then you need to wait between 4-6 weeks for your reward payment. I am still waiting for one since 31st August. There are many more reputable places to do surveys and get instant payout. It doesn't matter if you complain they don't listen - just send out the same message about how busy they are.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a £20 Asda voucher. It generally takes 2 weeks, but this is appalling! I am no longer doing any surveys until all my rewards have been paid out. I am currently owed £50. I would recommend Swagbucks as they pay out in around 2 days!

Been with them for 2 years..last year got £275 in PayPal vouchers which took 6 weeks this year accrued £430 and they keep cancelling payment giving no reason.
