Beware!!
Beware! There is a good chance this place may exceed your expectations! I have been training with Vas since September; fat, measurements, and body weight is down massively, so much so that we have revised our targets.
UP is so much more though, my confidence and mindset have changed, my lifestyle has changed but I still get to play hard (npw and again). Every session is challenging but fun. I never feel alone and I don't feel like my trainer is just going through the motions, he is consistently there for me and has taken the time to understand what motivates me and what sabotages me.
The vibe is great in the gym, supportive without people throwing weights around or being macho.
If you have been considering joining UP I urge you to do it without delay, you may find it life changing.

Double check the price
Online order basket calculator needs updating for bundle purchases.
Found when ordering more than one bundle offer, the calculator was reverting prices back to the normal individual price for items.
Had to place separate orders to get the bundle prices or I would have been over charged.
Further to this, a special offer code that had been emailed to me was not accepted. I did not see any obvious disclaimers on the website or in the email stating the offer could not be used against bundle prices.
I emailed UP and they did not reply.
Items delayed delivery but presumably due to Royal Mail industrial action and beyond the control of UP.
Good product, items arrived as ordered and very well packaged, just double check the price before proceeding to payment.

I’ve been with Ultimate performance since April 2021 and they’ve been fantastic throughout. They never fail to deliver in what they do and believe. “Where the excuses stops and results begin”

We have looked into you order.
It appears you placed your order on December 14th.
Your order was accepted and proceed ready for collection at our warehouse same day.
The reason for delay was caused by Royal Mail strikes on December 14th and 15th which has had a knock on effect to any business or person using this service. This is completely out of our control.
We mentioned this on within our delivery section on our website.
You will receive an email from our customer service who will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have and also listen to any feedback. You will also be provided with and up to date tracking link.
We value you as a customer and strive to be better. I hope you can take our feedback in to consideration.
