Great company definitely deal again

Bought one of their large tile cutters and I am very impressed with the build quality and cutting accuracy of the item at a very reasonable cost.

Ordered a net that was described as suitable for pickleball as meant to be height adjustable. Net arrived and clearly states it is a badminton net - nowhere in the instructions did it say it is height adjustable and you cannot play pickeball over a 5-6ft high net! I raised a support request and after 12 days they confirmed exactly how to set the height and included a video - just a shame it took so long to get there. Hopefully they will update the instructions as well and then no one else will be confused (as I was).

Twice I've tried to order the same product using Klarna then PayPal (pay in three) and both are ordered, cancelled then refunded.
This is without any information any back story, any apology or explanation. All they said to me was that karna isn't accepted anymore. Why is it on the website. And why isn't PayPal working either? I tried using the customer service chat but it is all cut and paste answers in the main with very little explanation.
I have ordered something with them before and I was very pleased with it and I thought oh this is a good company to work with but if something goes wrong you don't know why and you certainly find they're not going out of their way to fix it.
I wonder if there's been a change of management or some streamlining or such but things are not feeling like they were the year ago when purchasing.

Super seat for working on our rally mini.

Not sure how legit this company is. Bought a product, received follow up that is was being packaged and sent. Next day email to say they were cancelling my order with no reason other than "logistics issues" and not to order again! Product still available to purchase so they probably just didn't want to pay shipping. Shocking service, avoid!

EDIT: I've had a response and it seems they won't deliver or pay costs to Ireland/Northern Ireland. It would have been easier if they just put that on the website.

Ordered a tow along grass collector at over £200. It’s been with the unknown ‘carrier’ for 4 days now and nothings changed as to its status. Just says they have it. Tried to contact them but the chat function doesn’t work & no other way of getting in touch, what a surprise.
Contacted Vevor and just get the runaround saying they’ll get the courier to update the status but again, nothing changes. Will be contacting our credit card company for a refund.

The so called reply from Vevor is the same copy & paste response given on the complaint ticket. This company is not to be trusted.

This is not a review about the company, I have used them a number of times, and they despatch on time, however I will say to return an item is a nightmare, and very complicated.
This is about one of their products, VEVOR Spare Tire Carrier for a trailer, you have to have what they call a pocket on the 'A' frame of the trailer, which is basically a 'U' shaped metal piece that is welded onto the drawbar or where ever you want to fit it, it then slides into this pocket, and a piece of metal is provided to bolt to the bottom, if you don't have this 'pocket' then either you have to get one made and welded, or start drilling holes in the bracket, and where ever you want to fit this thing, my advice stay away from it, unless you have the correct fitting for it, having said that, it's a well made item.
I did contact them and told them my plight, and they did give a non return refund.

Item arrived as stated on time, well packaged . product appears well made ,as I haven't actually used the rope yet I can't comment on it , but it seems to be more than adequate.

I bought a surface cleaner from Vevor and the second time I used it it broke I emailed Vevor send them pictures and order no and then nothing this was reported on 30/01/2025 and today is 14/04/2025 and still no parts to fix it I even offered to pay for parts but no joy they are asking for more time to sort it out to me the emails are automated I guess this is the service you get when you buy cheap
