I had some issues with the haptic feedback with the device for the alarm. The team sent me out a replacement no questions asked and was very supportive. The same issue happened and I decided I wanted to return the device and cancel my subscription.
I was charged recently for a months subscription, I brought it too their attention and immediately they refunded my account, cancelled the subscription and apologised!
Each and ever time the help I received and customer service was second to none!!
Honestly the best customer service I have ever ever have received. Literally the best! Had to write a review because I’ve been literally gob smacked how good they have been.

Woop is such an amazing initiative and I believe we need more companies with the motivation and drive this organisation holds. It is a great way to gain some knowledge and advice through the mini mission courses they have, whilst having the chance to win some great prizes!! I participated in a campaign run by WOOP and would encourage everyone to do so. The campaign shares information about spring cleaning, the dos and donts while cleaning, tips to make cleaning easier and information about eco friendly products. I used video guides to start spring clean im not most motivated person even with decluttering.the tips and hints on decluttering are great makes rask so much easier. As well as cleaning tips hints really enjoyed taking part using these tips and hints

This is such a good idea. The campaigns are so easy to do - fun, educative,and full of useful tips and advice. It feels great too that it's helping women and girls in need.

Interesting well thought out site, easy to follow guides and good advice, with photos for encouragement, I would recommend this site, for encouragement with your decluttering and spring cleaning, with my knowledge of running a cleaning company for twenty years, I am always looking for new ideas, as you can always learn something new

Woop UK has great and interesting missions not only that but some really fun and useful information and tips too.

I like that this is a community that inspires women to think more about how simple actions can impact society and the greater good while also allowing us to express our individual thoughts. By contributing via missions I can help brands understand current and potential consumers to better improve their products and marketing strategies, and the points I earn for doing so contribute to providing free education for girls in India. It's a community that makes me feel good to be a part of as it makes my voice feel valued and empowers women both in my own country and across the globe.

Absolutely brilliant idea on points for school hours, so happy to be taking part aswell as having a little help with my spring cleaning regime. Woop is such a great appi absolutely love it and will continue to use it, here's hoping I win a cleaning bundle 😂😂🤞🤞
