Courteous updates on stock and orders, which were delayed because of the huge spanner thrown into the entire World's delivery and warehousing systems, were most appreciated!

This is my first bow and I wasn't expecting such a high quality product. It just feels so solid. It has exceeded my expectations and I love it!

Bought a crossbow and a set of bolts on Tuesday, had to email constantly for info on why my order hadn't been sent, then they said they didn't receive my proof of age that I emailed them as soon as I made my order.

After constantly emailing them they bothered to reply saying they were busy and they would dispatch the next day, they didn't. On Friday I received my crossbow, not the Wednesday that I paid for. On the crossbow box they had the cheek to write "bolts to follow asap".... Waited in all day Saturday for nothing, I give up.

The first and absolute last time I will use UK Archery Shop, avoid these jokers at all cost.

To the reply from them- I waited in all week after paying a tenner for next day delivery, you didn't tell me it wasn't coming just took the payment. I wasted an entire week because of your laziness and you even had a poor attitude via emails when I asked where my £160 worth of goods were.

So many better companies out there that I'll use instead.

Banners said there was a 5% discount on the £380.00 spent. Not passed on though when I played. They refused to resolve the issue. Lost a customer here.

I had a query regarding a £350 order placed so I emailed their customer service email address. I was greeted with a less than professional reply from Chris (Sales Manager apparently) which then turned in to completely farcical email trail ladened with question marks and emoji's. I have never received such patronising and unprofessional emails from a 'business' and my simple question turned in to Chris suggesting I cancel my order.

Don't bother using their 'back in stock' reminder service as they send out emails saying that items are back in stock with a 'Buy Now' button when they actually aren't. It then takes you to the product web page where a few second delay enables you to click 'Add to Cart' without any notification that it is still a pre-order item and not actually back in stock. Before I even tried explaining this issue, Chris was very defensive and started explaining what 'pre-order' meant by using the word 5 times in one sentence. When I actually explained the issue to Chris, he couldn't care less and it has since become apparent that it's probably because he's already aware and it's a deliberate ploy to mislead and lure in customers to pay for / pre-order items which still aren't in stock.

I was fully prepared to wait for the item as a pre-order but Chris didn't even allow me to get to that point. He has since refunded the order and this is the only positive thing that came from the ordeal.

In my experience, people like this in business are a liability and should be avoided at all costs.

Very good, was super pleased with my purchase.

I am giving this company a 5 star rating despite my purchase arriving one week later, but I know that this was due to circumstances beyond the control of this shop (delays in shipping from Far East). The manager himself responded personally to my email querying the delivery time and furthermore proactively sent me updates with profuse apologies for the delay. The product arrived in tip-top condition and discreetly and well packaged.
The product itself is above and beyond what I had anticipated as it is a complete kit including cocking rope, stringer rope, rail lube and even some protective goggles, so I don't need to purchase these separately. A previous crossbow I purchased in the Netherlands did not include any of these and I had to get assistance in stringing it without a stringer rope, which I didn't know existed at the time, but I was able to easily string this by myself.
