Purchasing the canopy was simple. Delivered on time. Assemble and fitting simple as all canopy tools provided. Just need drill, drill bits and a screwdriver. Looks good.

Still not got my order. We are now into the third week. This is not good. I am so disappointed with this whole situation. Surely you can do better than this. Please let me know what is happening.

Instructions were very poor and fitting together also needed the odd tweak.
Also given that you are working at heights a template would've been a great help as apposed to holding the frame up in the air while trying to mark the drill holes.

I had occasion to complain as there were broken parts in the original delivery. I have to say however, that the customer service response was exemplary. The MD contacted me personally and the parts were replaced very quickly. I had to wait until my handyman was available to refit which has now been done. The replacement delivery was followed up to check that all was well. As someone who is a trainer in customer service, I was very impressed and grateful for the attention, speed of replacement and follow up too. Can highly recommend as a result.

Arrived as instructed,, good quality product,, installed simply as per the spec.
Happy to use you again.

Not easy to assemble as none of the items were marked

Prompt service and the product, a canopy, was as described.

Instructions were not very clear

I was asked to replace an old wooden suspended porch by a family friend due to its instability,
After removal and any remedial works required our friend viewed the UK canopies website and chose an Althorpe canopy with grey tiles.
The canopy was ordered directly off the website and delivery was made by dpd.
Order was checked .
The instructions are very detailed but easy to understand .
The hardest part was getting the wall plate In position and level.
It does help to have a second pair of hands even if to fetch and carry and help by making any sections that need fabricating.
The installation was completed in about 4 hours, it would've been quicker if the site was on the level and not up an alley.
OK and the tea and biscuits 😋.
Our friend is over the moon with her new canopy, if I had one minor gripe with the kit is that the rawlplugs are not the best , I replaced them with m8x 60 Fisher wallfixings .
The canopy has now been subjected to some strong winds today and has impressed me more.
If I get asked to install another I will without hesitation.

Average canopy holes didn't line up very well. Cheapest I could find. Well you know the old saying

Nice appearance. Made the job. But only have some comments regarding materials. It is all plastic even the tiles. But suitable for its price.

The product was a good price, easy to install and looks nice on the house managed to get it all installed by myself in a day. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cannopie.

I love the canopy, but it was very difficult to assembly
I had to get a builder to put it up for me but then there were some 13 bolts missing M6 by 20mm bolts had to source from a hardware store

1 weeks into it and still not fished

I asked this company a product specific question 3 times in order to know if I need to return the product and they refuse to answer

good selection of canopies on web site picked one liked look of .quick delivery a couple of days from order .this one is to replace one that has got damaged in the recent storms .looks good quality parts still in the box yet as due to adverse weather conditions haven't been able to put it up yet

it is a sturdy canopy and looks good put up by two of us in 3hrs. worth the money delivered on time

Great product easy to order arrived quick took a good few hours to assemble but was worth it highly recommend this altorp canopy
