After browsing your range, I ordered the canopy I wanted on a Wednesday, the process of ordering was straight forward. The canopy was delivered on the Friday. It was well packaged in a sturdy box, and all parts accounted for. Really good service. Prompt acknowledgements, info about delivery quickly sent. Even the delivery person was helpful, and pleasant. Altogether great service.
UPDATE. . . It was a while before my guy could come to put the canopy up, but when he arrived it only took him 3 hours, was straightforward and looks really good 5* UK Canopies!

Ordered an Althorp canopy. Wasn't expecting brilliant quality due to the price as competition charging much more for comparable items. I was, however pleasantly surprised! The canopy arrived within a couple of days. I set about installing on Saturday and although i had a few head scratching moments and wrestled with a few parts, it was mainly down to me not reading the instructions properly! I managed to fully build and install in 4 hours and can say i am well impressed with the look and fit of the canopy. When leaving negative reviews, people should be mindful of the relative cost of other companies units.

Good instructions fairly easy to follow and assemble.

I bought the Althorp model in the past and was very happy with the result. Now bought the Cosgrove model for a house we rent and absolutely disappointed. I spent the same value of the owning in a handy man to help me out. The screw sockets are cheap and not made for brick. The drill was missing from the package and even the holes on the support were not straight making a real nightmare to install it straight... very disjoined and not sure it was worth it really..

Your canopies are cheap rubbish. Never again .

construction strong and pleasing but the not labelling parts makes the harder and slower .
never the less a good product.

Arrived on time all the instructions were easy to follow fitted in half a day by myself all tools and fixtures were in the box easy would recommend to any one looking for a canopy first class service thank you.

Cant praise this company enough, I made a mistake ordering to my old address, however Elliott from the company rectified immediately and sent to my address as stated in my email, I would definitely recommend to anyone, I wish all companies were like this, many many thanks….Oh and the canopy looks amazing 😀😀😀

The canopy would benefit from being adjustable. Needed to position on a stone wall which was uneven which pushed the back plate forward. The side pieces had to be re-drilled to allow fit which of course then left a gap at front. The side brackets could be adjustable for same reason.

Item was exactly as described.
It is easier to attach the brackets to the frame before marking the holes to avoid misalignment.
