They got in with the job expertly and efficiently ,what mess came from the loft space was contained and removed with care.
It was hard work for them as I had the home boiler replaced which made it very hot for them in the workspace , they battled against it and as far as I am concerned they won .

Unfortunately, our surveyor was unwell that morning, and we contacted you as soon as we became aware that he would be unable to attend. While unexpected illness is beyond our control, we completely appreciate how frustrating a last-minute cancellation can be, particularly when you've made arrangements around an appointment.
We're reviewing our internal procedures to improve how cancellations are handled and communicated, particularly at short notice, to help minimise disruption to our customers.

Booked an assessment to remove and replace insulation in my loft. Didn't turn up, due to illness. Fair enough. Although only told after time booked for. Booked again, and just didn't show up. Terrible communication, don't waste your time.

Unfortunately, our surveyor became unwell and notified us late in the day, after our administration team had finished for the evening. Regrettably, this resulted in a breakdown in communication, and you were not informed of the cancellation as you should have been.
We work hard to ensure appointments run smoothly and customers are kept informed, so we're genuinely sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
We're now putting additional internal procedures in place to ensure that last-minute changes are communicated effectively, including those occurring outside normal office hours, to help prevent situations like this from happening again.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and wasted time caused.

A job worthy of recognition
Just had my loft done to high standard by Jordan and Stephen absolutely 10/10 from start to finish. All old stuff removed. The service they delivered was very professional and cleaned up after them, and took all old stuff away and mine was a big space. Thank you so much guys.

The replacement of my loft insulation…
The replacement of my loft insulation was a very good experience. Rob and Robbie arrived promptly. They were amazingly careful, keeping carpets covered and everywhere tidy.
There was a small hitch from a incorrect measurement re the boarded area but they sorted it on the day due to their wealth of experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. The original survey appointment had to be rearranged a few times due to logistical issues but they did keep me informed. Well done 👏

Roof insulation experts fantastic customer service.
From initial contact UKESN representatives were polite, informative and helpful. I needed new roof insulation. Once an appointment for the survey was made they did exactly what they said they would do, telephoned and emailed to confirm date/time and provided the name of the surveyor. He(Ashley M), was professional, competent and efficient. Ashley answered my many questions, provided reassurance and told me of any potential problems in my roof space. I decided to have Superfoil insulation. Installation date was set and again I was informed of the names of the fitting team,they arrived on time and immediately got to work. I cannot fault this team (Rob and Robbie); they worked tirelessly all day, treated my home with great respect and care, were polite and when they did encounter an unforeseen situation they did some troubleshooting and resolved it. They cleaned up the area to a high standard and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the job. A call from the head office immediately on completion to ensure I was satisfied and the payment process was smooth - ( Thank you Freya). I have no hesitation in recommending UKESN and will certainly be telling my friends and neighbours about this firm. Their professionalism, customer care and standard of workmanship is excellent.

Big job, well done!
The two guys worked very hard, removing 90 square metres of old insulation and fitting new insulation.
They fitted a shelf in the V of the roof trusses, and took away some loft boarding that was removed to replace insulation.
They cleaned up at the end of each day.
Highly recommend Oscar and Lloyd!
