Ordered a kingsize bed. Bits missing. Impossible to contact. Just been conned! Do not buy from them!

Ordered a bunk bed via wowcher and only received parts of the the beds frame and mattress, when contacted they gave me the run around then stopped responding and cut off the email portal so I couldn’t reply. Its been 6months and they are yet to contact me or send the remaining items

A complete con. From wowcher. Cheap rubbish mattress not fit for a dog to sleep on. They have promised to collect for 5 months and haven’t. Sorry without collection no refund! Do not buy from you will loose hour money and hrs chasing them. Con con con

I wish I had read these reviews (accept the one who is trying to defend them) which would have discouraged me in buying anything from this company. My initial order came damaged and it took me a lot of wasted hours to chase this company and Wowcher to address the issue. The company promised a replacement mattress and then failed to deliver it on the specified date. The Merchant and Wowcher showed disregard to the poor service given.
After receiving the replacement mattress (like others that have commented on here) the King size mattress does not reflect to the mattress in the advertised picture. It is advertised as medium/hard, but after trying to sleep on it the mattress is so hard and very uncomfortable even with a mattress topper didn't help. I will most probably have to go elsewhere and purchase another mattress and dispose of this mattress. I would certainly not use again or recommend this company UK Furniture 4U to anyone.

I am by no means a matress quality expert yet I'm usually not shy to complain a where a complaint is due but i must say everything has run smoothly with this company despite expecting the worst from these below reviews hence feel like standing up for this business. Reasonably priced king-size matress speedily delivered, safe and sound. No cancellations, nothing falling apart as of yet. Kids love it and I guess it will last if not used as trampoline. I think people are just in habit to expect everything for nothing and i have spent some time shopping for the best deal around before making this purchase...

Awful company. Like others, I ordered via Wowcher. Ordered almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received all parts for my children’s bunk bed. They are useless in responding to emails, no number to contact. Very poor quality. Never again and will be requesting a refund. Including for the additional money they charged for delivery.

I regret for buying from this company. They are thieves! I bought a triple bunk bed with 2 mattresses. But they just delivered only the frame. I have sent them an email requesting for the mattresses but no reply. This is disgusting!
I'm actually returning the frame. This is not a good company to buy from.

I regret that didn't read the reviews before purchasing bed and mattress from the company on Wowcher. First of all I ordered double bed but came kingsize. The bed is cheap made and not worth the money slats split after one use, one side is not matching the hole for drawer, it is too small and not straight so the drawer sticks out. The headboard on one side is not straight as well. Totally rubbish. The mattress is even worse, literally few metal sprungs covered with nasty treading material. It should be memory foam grey hybrid mattress. The pictures on the wowcher from the company doesn't match the bed or mattress so beware! Too much stress for trying to get refund.

Worst quality ever double pine bed loads of the wood marked or badly patched up slates for headboard 2mm to short so shows gaps thin and flimsy .. can't find number to contact them box damaged and left outside on delivery

AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Bought a bunk bed through wowcher. Arrived faulty. Lots of damage to several components. Weeks later I have still not received refund and the bed plus two mattresses are sat in my hallway waiting to be collected. Two separate days I have so far had to take off work for collection and neither day they arrived. Apparently the courier 'ran out of legal hours'

Awful shoddy company wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for affliating with this company.

got an ottoman bed from a Groupon deal. frame has snapped in 2 places within 6 months. Groupon not interested just said deal with merchant direct and gave their email address.
have emailed 3 times with no response. no telephone number to contact them.

After writing this they actually responded and they have sent me the replacement parts free of charge

Ordered a rattan dining set at over £600. Arrived and when my partner was building it found various areas of damage to the rattan and the metal base of the table. Is of poor quality and not worth the price tag! Emailed them with details of damaged items and photographs - didn’t even have the decency to reply! Avoid at all costs!

Bought a garden set for £700, it arrived and it was cheap and none of the stools had legs that matched so they were all wonky. The table was assembled by the manufacturer wrong so the glass doesn't sit in the top and is lopsided. The cover which i paid a fortune extra for came with rips in 3 sides.

I would avoid spending lots of money on the products from this company as they are clearly cheap and overpriced.

I cancelled order 24 hours later with wowcher and ukfurniture4u.
3 days later item was dispatched and now they want to charge me for return.
Don't trust scammers.
