Lee, Ray and Simon are an exceptional team. They are extremely professional and have an amazing work ethic. They left no stone unturned.
When we first met Lee we knew we had found the perfect company to work with. He was charming, kind and understood our particular family situation. He fully accommodated to our needs as did Ray and Simon. They showed us and our property complete respect. They laid dust sheets down everywhere. They worked and worked hardly taking a break from 8 am til gone 4 most days. Their attention to detail is astounding, from fitting each window and door, finishing off and cleaning each one was wonderful to watch. They are one amazing team, who we have complete faith and trust in. They felt like part of the family while they were here.
They also replaced our garage roof a few weeks ago and had the same work ethics and professionalism then. We recommend UK Home Solutions to EVERYBODY, don’t bother going anywhere else get them to do the job. You be hard pushed to find better.

Lee and his company did an excellent job updating and transforming our windows. The quote was shockingly reasonable and although I was nervous about it leaving cosmetic damage to fix afterwards there was zero impact. They were friendly, helpful and quick to do the job. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. The window quality is great and it’s made a huge difference to the warmth and energy use in our house. You can tell Lee is passionate about windows and there’s evidence of that in the quality of the product and the se I’ve received throughout.

From the moment I spoke to Lee through to the completion by Roy and Rob this job has been faultless. Lee arrived on time to complete the estimate, which although not the cheapest was very fair. Again Roy arrived bang on schedule to complete the survey and then again with Rob to fit them. The whole company were very professional, keeping me up to date with what was happening throughout. We were reccommended UK Home Solutions by our neighbour who had used them. We were very impressed from start to finish with Lee and the team- taking the time to check that we got exactly what we wanted, multiple visits, strong communication, showing samples. Lee's quality experience makes it a smooth and stress free experience. We enquired in September, and by December had the new windows and door fitted. Prices are reasonable and quality of the windows is top tier. The fitters Ray and Simon were equally as friendly and experienced, finishing early and leaving the place tidy. We've already recommended them on!

We’re not happy with our new door………..… we’re OVER THE MOON! We had several quotes but UK Home Solutions was not only competitive but Lee personalised it with a visit & discussed everything in detail, he answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. We had extensive work carried out by UK home, and recieved excellent service.
We had new windows, roofing and rendering to out property and lee was extremely professional throughout meeting all our requirements and going above to accommodate what we asked for.
The workmanship carried out met all our expectations and ray and Simon who installed our windows were a pleasure to have in our home, they were both efficient, tidy and again accommodating to what we wanted.

Very happy with our new front door. Our old one was nice but badly warped and in these times of high fuel costs it had to be replaced. Lee and his team had repaired a broken window unit for us and we felt confident in asking him for his advice and a quote. No pressure and the order wasn’t placed until we were completely happy, every detail explained. Ray did the initial survey, then he and Simon fitted the door. All three of them extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Solutions.

Very happy with the whole process and work.

We had a number of quotes, some just came to quote basic windows and were quite cheap. Lee came along and explained the various types of windows and options and we went for flush fitted. Next door were flush fitted and looked smart. We got a couple of other quotes on this basis, one about the same cost as Lee quoted and the other about £4k more.

Ray came to measure up things properly. Has 38 years experience. Exactly what you want for such a job. Lee came again a second time to double check things with us and make some adjustments to things that we wanted.

We agreed contracts and within about 5-6 weeks Ray and Simon came to fit. Here on time every day, polite, tidy and got the job done in just over 4 days. That’s 3 bay windows and 5 other windows. They’ve worked together the last 15 years!

Very happy with the work. Ray and Simon even pointed out a couple of issues with the windows during the making process. One of the glass units had a tiny scratch and one of the units had a little mark on the outside. We wouldn’t have noticed, but we appreciate that they told us (others wouldn’t have I’m sure) and they are getting replacements which will take about an hour to come and do.

Would recommend these guys. Good price, good quality windows and more importantly the experience counts.

From sales rep to installation was great experience! No pushy sales speech, no silly pricing to reduce later. Good honest pricing compared against two other suppliers. Installation was a breeze in and out no mess l, very polite and professional even played with my dog would highly recommend will 100% use again.

Recently had a full replacement of windows at our new home and couldn’t be happier. The whole process from initial consultation to fitting was very easy. Lee took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the various designs and features you can have, as well as offering advice on colour schemes and finishes and despite the many times we seemed to change our minds (sorry Lee!) nothing was too much trouble. Great price and a very friendly and considerate fit out team, who turned up on time and got on with the job in hand with minimal fuss and were very clean and tidy. All this made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this local firm!

Excellent service from start to finish from Lee as well as his installation and fitting team! - We enquired only 5 weeks ago after a glowing recommendation from family, and we were not disappointed, Lee took the time to explain everything to us I’m layman’s terms so that we could understand what we were purchasing and investing our money into.
