After my application was successful back in November, the home office somehow lost my BRP via post. I waited endlessly for my BRP to arrive and because anxious but my case worker Mr Ahmed Ijaz kept reassuring me and continued contacting the home office about my lost BRP

She answered all my and my partner's questions and guided us through the submission process for a partner visa.
