It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with UKloupes. They are an extremely professional, friendly and courteous company and really go above and beyond in helping you to choose exactly the right product.

Everything is very clearly explained, and given the rather technical nature of loupes, that is most welcome indeed.

Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff and speedy service to deliver my order. Very happy, thank you

I’ve had a great experience with UK loupes, the on hand personalised advice is a huge bonus in my opinion. I can easily contact them through WhatsApp to discuss anything I might need with quick replies. I would recommend their loupes to a friend due to value for money and the customer service available.

Excellent customer service !!
I own loupes & a light from another company, my light bracket broke after a few years and I contacted some loupes companies to see if they could help to replace the bracket - without having to replace the entire light unit.

UK Loupes replied almost instantly, and within 30 minutes had identified what bracket I needed and had it sent out the same day.

Unbelievable service, I’ll definitely be buying my next set of loupes through this company. Highly recommend!

I received my loupes in may and they have been amazing. Had a slight issue with the light and they responded to me very quickly and have sorted the issue straight away!
Highly recommend

Great customer service, product works perfectly, helped me sort out an issue with my loupes straight away nearly 3 years after purchase

Very helpful staff going above and beyond for clients

From my initial meeting with Dan and Will to the moment I received my loupes, the experience has been exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly explain all available options and provide their professional recommendations. It was clear that they were not merely focused on selling the most expensive products but genuinely cared about ensuring I understood each product’s features. After the demo, I worked closely with Dan to order the UKLoupes 5.5x and the Surgitel Odyssey light. Throughout the process, Dan kept me informed with regular updates and was consistently helpful and courteous. Having now used the loupes, I am thoroughly impressed with their quality and performance, and would confidently suggest them to anyone in need of high-quality loupes. They are truly excellent, and I am certain this was a well-considered purchase.

Fantastic, prompt and friendly service.
Great company to deal with.

Very helpful and quick. Above and beyond customer service. They offered to fix my loupes when I couldn't contact the company I bought mine from (Orascoptic).

Very impressed with the glasses, thank you very much!

I purchased loupes from this company a few years ago. They are as good now as they were brand new. The customer service is exceptional they go above and beyond also being able to WhatsApp in-between patients is a bonus.
