UKloupes Reviews

I am really pleased with the new Loupes and light I purchased from Uk Loupes recently, they are lightweight, comfortable and have made such a difference to my clarity of vision when working.
This is the second pair of loupes I have had from this company and the customer service I received was outstanding on both occasions. I received excellent advice from both Dan and Will, emails were answered quickly; nothing was too much trouble from my first enquiry to questions following delivery.
I cannot recommend Uk loupes highly enough.

Really pleased with the length at which Dan went to make sure my loupes were just right for me. Much appreciated!

Excellent small business. I thoroughly recommend UK Loupes. Dan and his team were brilliant. I was a returning customer and received first class service. Other businesses could learn from this company. Communication, support and help were brilliant. Thank you so much!

Great loupes and great service - highly recommended!

I purchased a light for my loupes from ukloupes. Dan has been amazing. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to sort out an issue that I was having. The light itself has been fantastic - quality build, excellent battery life and very reliable. I could not recommend Ukloupes highly enough and i will be happy to purchase from them again in the future. Thanks so much Dan

Excellent service and a quality product at a reasonable price.
I ordered a pair of 5x loupes, to aid with my endodontic work. Dan’s service was excellent and very attentive, he spotted an error in my working distance calculations and brought it to my notice and amended my order accordingly.
The loupes are very comfortable! Thank you !

Fantastic experience and great aftercare. Bought my loupess in 2017 but still felt very confident in contacting the team knowing they will assist me. Thank you Dan.

Fantastic after care service from Ukloupes. Messaged late Tuesday afternoon, needing help with replacement nosepads. Replacement arrived by Thursday morning. Superb thank you all at ukloupes.

Customer service from UKLoupes was fantastic. Dropped them an email regarding mounting of their light system and William from UKloupes got back to me very quickly. They sent me different mounting options and helped me figure out how to mount the light to my loupes. Extremely impressed with the customer service and after-sales support. Thanks so much :-)

Fantastic experience as ever. Great customer service, rapid and personalised responses and a brilliant pair of loupes at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service and quality products that last!

I have recently been in touch with UK loupes after a slight issue with my old loupes I had from dental school. They have been very efficient and proactive in helping me sort out my loupes and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would recommend UK loupes to all my friends and dental colleagues. Thank you to William for all his help !

Bought loupes as a dental student at 3.5x. Can’t believe how much easier I can see now while doing endo/restorative treatment. Really is a game changer! Love the feel of them as well. Support was brill as well at helping guide me through the process.

Dan at Uk Loupes is brilliant. I have recently moved to Australia and before I left he managed to add a light to my Uk Loupes within a couple of weeks, in time for me to move down under.

While in Australia UK loupes have replied to my emails within 2 hours of them being sent each time.

Uk loupes has continue to provide spare parts and exceptional service for me even though I am half way across the world.

Excellent product.
I wanted my loupes to be constructed with a particularly steep tilt or angulation of the lens, to support a healthy working posture and UK Loupes have managed to achieve this for me. This has allowed for great comfort whilst working. I am delighted. Very competitively priced. Would thoroughly recommend. Claire White Dental Hygienist

I recently ordered a pair of TTL loupes from UKloupes. The whole ordering process using photographs for measurements was quick and easy.
The loupes are great and lightweight compared to others. I would definitely recommend them to colleagues.

Highly recommend the Loupes!
Excellent, trustworthy support in finding the right Loupes for me.

William was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful

UK Dental Loupes have been nothing but helpful- both Dan and Will have helped me with trying diff loupes and also mending my old loupes for reasonable prices .They are reasonably priced . Granted there may be pricer loupes out there , but to be honest I have used both now and feel the price difference does not affect the quality of the prisms . I always work with 3.5x and have found these an upgrade from my previous 3,5's which were double the price many years ago, heavier and expensive to maintain since they left the UK .

Amazing customer service and the product I purchased (a loupes light) is of high quality. Very pleased overall!
