Chrome pipe sleeves
I only ordered some chrome pipe sleeves and collars for a new towel rail we're having fitted when we refurbish our bathroom next month but they arrived quickly and packaged as if they were jewellery, wrapped in tissue and boxed!

Damaged Radiator
The ordering was easy, delivery was great. However my plumber came to fit the radiator this morning to tell me it’s quite badly damaged. The packaging was in perfect condition. I reported the issue this morning and it is now 1pm and I have not heard anything so I’m very disappointed as I’d like to arrange a replacement.
