Cyst removal
I recently had a cyst removed from my cheek at UKSkin Birmingham. I have to say the experience was brilliant. The reception staff were welcoming and professional. The surgeon, Dr Pouya,had a wonderful doctor/patient manner and put me at ease straight away. The procedure was painless and his assistant nurse Paris was very kind and supportive. I would thoroughly recommend UKSkin.

Had a large skin tag and a smaller one taken off my back. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, procedure was done quickly and was told what was happening all the way through.

Cyst removal - perfect process
I booked in to have a cyst removed recently and I was made to feel at ease from the start. The booking process was simple and I could be seen within a week which was great. When I went to my appointment I was made to feel relaxed, everything was explained well and the procedure itself was done with care and expertise.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Apostolos and Nurse Marie. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, they both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease.
I was having an earlobe repair procedure and arrived feeling quite nervous, but Dr Apostolos immediately put me at ease with his polite, professional, and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable before we even began. His calm approach completely changed how I felt, and throughout the procedure I remained relaxed and confident that I was in excellent hands.
Nurse Marie was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly attentive and caring throughout the entire procedure, regularly checking that I was okay and comfortable. Her kindness and genuine concern made me feel safe and reassured from start to finish. Small touches, such as asking what music I would like to listen to, made the experience feel personal and helped create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed me most was how painless the procedure was. The only discomfort I felt was the anaesthetic injection, which stung for a few seconds, but after that I felt absolutely nothing. The entire earlobe repair was completely pain-free, which was far beyond what I had expected.
The warmth and professionalism shown by both Dr Apostolos and Nurse Marie made me feel like I was in the company of friends rather than strangers. That's how comfortable and relaxed they made me feel throughout the whole experience.
If you are considering having an earlobe repair or any procedure at this clinic, consider no more—just make that call. You won't regret it. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion I received was exceptional, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have passed UKSKIN to and from work…
I have passed UKSKIN to and from work and i was unsure to make contact.
In the end i did, I made a telephone call to speak about my concerns and what I wanted to have done.
On attending UKSKIN you are made welcome they chat and understand if you have any further questions bit of paperwork and then it’s in to see the doctor who then explains everything have the procedure done then the process after.
Most of all all staff are professional and are an asset to UKSKIN.

Surgery was relatively pain free The local injections the only part that understandably stung

Ear lobe repair - wish I'd done it sooner!
I had earlobe repair surgery and I cannot recommend the team enough. From first contact via whatsapp up to seeing the surgeon on the day they couldn't have been more professional or kind. Wonderful surgeon and nurses who made the treatment somewhat enjoyable with good humour and conversation. I had put off doing this surgery for some time and I regret waiting so long to get it done. Highly recommend UKSkin on Harley Street.

Keloid Removal
I recently had a keloid removed from the front of my ear at the Manchester Clinic in Hale Barns.
My first visit included the consultation followed by the procedure to remove it and then I was stitched up and also had a steroid injection. Dr Kavit performed the procedure alongside Akeedah who kept me company throughout and provided me with all the aftercare I needed.
They chatted through the minor 10 mins it took and were a great distraction. I couldn’t feel a thing.
I have since returned to have my stitches taken out and although a little red it looks to be healing great.
The clinic itself is so clean and the refreshments on offer are 10/10.
I had a really pleasant experience from enquiry right the way through to the removal of my stitches.
I fully recommend.

My partner had a lipoma removed and was…
My partner had a lipoma removed and was very happy with the clinic and recommended I went to visit to have a cyst removed.
I did not want to wait for the NHs due to high waiting lists.
The clinic is very modern and calm, staff were really lovely and the Dr was amazing.
Highly recommended and if we find anything else we would re visit.
Weirdly I enjoyed my visit! Thank you to UKskin. I’ve had no pain or issues 2 days after and don’t expect too either.

Absolutely fabulous care from booking to treatment . Made me feel at ease from start to finish . Not quite finished my journey yet as have to go back for stitches out but i'm 100% sure this fabulous treatment will carry on .
