Total scam, avoid.
Asked for an address to be traced. Sent £100 when the £5 trace didn't give results. Gave him two last known addresses and send the 2nd address back as current address which it wasn't. Asked to search again and he came back with the first address I sent them which I said wasn't right and he said to check it out. I said I didn't need to as that was where I and the guy in question lived before. We both moved out last August and now someone different lives there. He said to come back in a month and they'll check again.
They have since ignored all emails requesting refund.
Total scam, avoid at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Edit after reply: I asked for £100 refund and was given £50.

Alice asked a trace. the address was found. she then said ""oh he does not live where his bills go". we are not a charity. the advanced trace costs us £60, then we started a new trace. I asked Alice instead of £100 pay just £50, however no refunds. she agreed. She then went back on her word. as a gesture of good will we sent her £50 which she recently thanked us for. which was not in the review.
This company provides great service
This company did exactly what they said they would do. It was done speedily and to a high standard. Additionally they gave me extra information without additional charge which demonstrates good customer service. I would recommend this company.

Didn’t have any address but Ibrahim was very patient with all my questions as I was a tiny bit sceptical.He located the details I was looking for and sent me the results within 5-10mins of filling in the form under the basic plan :) Absolutely amazing!

The service from UKTrace was fantastic! I have been searching for a long lost friend from 1969 and had hit a brick wall. Every online search I tried was negative. Then I read the reviews of UKTrace from other users and decided to give them a try. I paid for the urgent full trace which gave the result I was hoping for within one day!

The information I needed could not be found by a simple search. I had anticipated this, as I knew it would be difficult. I then paid for an intensive address search and hoped it would be found. I also explained to Ibrahim my situation and reason for contacting them. I was completely taken aback by the kindness and compassion I received. The offer of support was emotionally comforting, and it was reassuring to know that this was the right company to help me.
The search produced the result I wanted, with additional information that I then asked to know more about. Ibrahim found out everything I needed and more besides. I am extremely grateful, and cannot thank Ibrahim enough for everything he has done. This is an exceptional service.
