Coils
So I had placed several orders in the past & ordered a new pack of coils & let it be known that these are Voopoo Drag S/X.
Getting hold of these old things coils - and vapourizers is hard enough as it seems that the market is flooded with fakes & many retailers don't stock them anymore.
But I looked into my bookmark Trusted Supply of vaping gear and I was pleased to see that this site had some in stock & I ordered a pack of 5.
It turns out that they were apart from 1 burning out in under 400 puff's. The last lot were all good for 1000+.
So rather than just slag the company off I thought best to let them know because they have never let me down before & they need to know to avoid buying them in from the same source.
I had a really fast response totally out of hours & thanked me for the opportunity in his words "to put things right 👍".
He sent me a free replacement package Inc free delivery & explained to me about how much effort goes into making the right decision when bulk buying something from a vendor on the other side of the world.
This came from the company owner so just a huge thank you to all & what a lesson some of the biggest Companies in the world could use as an example.
