I've never experiences such rude…
I've never experiences such rude service in my life before. I ordered a product, thinking it was something different. It was clear that it was a misunderstanding but instead of trying to resolve the situation I was treated with hostility from the outset. Instead of trying to understand what I needed, I got "This won't be happening". Production HAD NOT STARTED, and they were only willing to issue a 50% refund. What an unpleasant experience.
Edited to add: To be clear, my complaint is not about the misunderstanding between what I ordered and what I thought I was ordering. I accept that mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. My complaint is about the way the situation was handled and the unnecessarily rude and unhelpful communication throughout. I was trying to find a solution, but instead felt that I was being treated as a problem.

We’re sorry that you feel this way, but we do think it’s important to clarify what happened with your order for the benefit of future customers reading this review.
You required 100 ID cards, each with a different name/design. This is not a service offered or advertised on our website. The product purchased was for a single design, which is what the quoted price reflected.
A 100-page document was uploaded when placing the order. However, our website only accepts a single-page artwork/design for this product and therefore processed the first page of the document. As the order had been successfully submitted, it was sent into production and the necessary materials, plates and inks were ordered.
When the issue became apparent, we explained that although the cards had not yet been produced, costs had already been incurred. This is why a 50% refund was initially offered.
Rather than leaving the situation there, we then found an alternative solution through a trusted supplier we have worked with previously who could produce 100 individually named cards. We facilitated this on your behalf and only passed on the additional cost we ourselves were charged.
Despite the initial misunderstanding and subsequent delay, we were able to provide the individually named cards you required before your deadline.
We appreciate that you were unhappy with the experience, and we cannot make every customer happy. However, we believe we communicated clearly, explained the costs already incurred and, most importantly, worked to find a solution to a requirement that was not part of the product originally purchased.
We hope future customers reading this response will understand the distinction between what was ordered through our website and the bespoke requirement that was subsequently requested by the customer, as well as why a full refund could not be offered once production costs had already been committed.
