Excellent service from beginning to completion.
Simon replaced 6 windows for me this past month. He is a very professional, very pleasant and tidy person. I was extremely pleased and would certainly recommend him.

Professional, friendly and easily the best tradesman we've had in 50 years. Simon is so skilled and experienced he makes it look very easy. All rubbish was removed leaving the installation looking absolutely brilliant. I can't speak highly enough of the work carried out and his attention to detail is stunning.

This is the first time Simon has done any work for my husband and me he replaced a frontdoor and backdoor. He was so helpful with the choosing process of both doors. Lots of choices of door styles, colours, what they call door furniture and glass. There was no rush with this process Simon was patient and helpful.
He then carried out the work with Charlie and what a good job Simon did. Doors look beautiful, all mess was cleared up, old doors removed and a lesson on using the new locks. Simon has installed windows in both our bungalows on three occasions and we have been very pleased with the result. He took the effort to obtain a decorative window to replace the old one and made sure the result was correct. Prices are reasonable and the quality is great.

A couple of years ago, Simon installed a new front door for us (which was great), but it recently was very difficult to lock and unlock. Simon came out to check and made some adjustments which solved the problems resulting in both my wife and me now having pain free wrists and hands! Simon is a very friendly and helpful person and we have no hesitation in recommending him. We shall certainly use his services again should the need arise.

As part of major makeover Simon and his crew have replaced sealed units, fitted bi-fold doors and a fabulous glass roof which transformed our conservatory. First class, friendly advice and service. Highly recommend.

We had several quotes and chose Ultimate Home improvements firstly because Simon really listened and understood exactly what we wanted, and came up with a competitive and fair price .We now have a beautiful new composite front door with bespoke stained glass panels to compliment our house . Simon has done a number of jobs for us, all done well at a good price and on time. The last job has been to replace a French Door after a recent burglary. Simon came within a few hours of us contacting him and secured our property and then fitted the door as soon as it was manufactured. He is always friendly, helpful, tidy and does an excellent job. We have used Simon at Ultimate Homeimprovements twice before on various double glazing related jobs (three new windows and a replacement glazed unit). After moving to our new home, we called Simon in to fit two cat flaps for us, one in a double glazed glass door and the other in a UPVC door panel, and also advise us on the condition of our current windows and doors. Simon is always a pleasure to have in our home, is a really nice person, always does a really good job and is very reasonably priced. We now don't even bother getting other quotes because we know Simon is straightforward and honest with us and wont overcharge. He is also a decent guy, who is happy to answer any queries you may have and offer relevant suggestions. I work in construction and know good trades are hard to find nowadays, and we have already booked Simon to deal with the replacement of our conservatory roof with a new lightweight, energy efficient roof. If you need double glazing, conservatory work or anything else that Simon's company offers, he comes very highly recommended.

I had two very polite considerate and respectful gentleman fitters. Done a fantastic job of fitting two windows. My bathroom and living room feel a lot warmer. Every bit of rubbish was cleaned up as they went. In this day and age you very rarely to find good honest trade people that do what they are meant to do. I would recommend Ultimate home improvements to anyone.

Simon provided a first class, professional and friendly service from start to finish. We had 5 new upvc windows fitted at the front of the house to replace old rotten wooden frames and they look fantastic, while also maintaining the style of the original windows. Simon obviously takes great pride in his work and his timekeeping, workmanship, knowledge, tidiness and attention to detail was faultless. Simon fitted a new front door today. He was helpful from start to finish and answered my many questions when I was choosing the new door. Communication was fantastic throughout. A great experience from start to finish. First time I have ever bought windows so can be quite daunting. From the off with the initial survey to installation it was so easy. Windows and door all in anthracite grey. Simon was great when consulting the best style and finish. Really knowledgeable, experienced, tidy and professional.
