This is not a good party provider
I booked a party with this company with high hopes, the problems started as soon as I made the online booking, there was an option to add a venue with the party, they listed a local venue I knew well, I thought it was brilliant you could book a party experience and venue all online in one booking, unfortunately after paying the deposit I realised that selecting the venue would just mean that this company contact the venue to see if they have availability, which they didn't, they did manage to find another venue but it was at a football club, so having a party there during football season on a Sunday was bedlam, it was so busy none of the guests could find parking spaces. I would have been fine with dealing with that had the actual party experience been good, but it wasn't - I paid £300 for a really rubbish party, they Party leader had no presence, no control over the kids, a very strong accent so we couldn't really understand him, my son came away and said that was rubbish... he is 9 years old and I've had 4 parties for him since he started school and he has never been disappointed, this one was a really bad, save your money and your stress levels and don't book!
