Bought rear window wiper for my car via their reg search tool wiper arrived quickly but when tried to fit it on the window doesn't fit properly. Emailed them that this part isn't fitting properly . They asked me to return it as apparently the varient of car was different to the viper . Posted the part back almost 2 weeks ago but accidentally lost the post of postage. Asked them if they have received my parcel got update that without the proof of postage , no refund so end spending 16 to 17 quid on wiper and 5 quid on postage and end up with nothing at all. So yeah 👌

Ordered a wheel bearing+ABS for i10.
Arrived ok and correct part - but don't depend on 'next day '. It took 2 days.
Otherwise will use again.

I ordered the wrong headlight which is my own fault for my car, but I send back the part I ordered the next day after receiving it, they have sent me an email saying it’s been damaged due to “fitment” marks, when like I said it does not fit my car. Also missing lugs which is impossible as I took the light out compared to mine and realised they were wrong and put it straight back in the box. Now they are trying to get out of the refund which I had to spend £17 to send back. DO NOT BUY from them!!

I bought a pair of replacement indicators. Nice product delivered quickly unfortunately one is great the other wasn’t sealed properly. Great customer service, one email and a replacement sent out straight away no problem. 👍🏻

Used the platform, key in the plate number. Bought wing mirror glass for my MB, however it does not fit. Then buy another one which has a blind spot indicator hoping to fit, again it does not fit. Feel very frustrated. Then I want to return the products but then the link provided which directed to royal mail, key in all the information according to the invoice, no labels could be created.

The oil sump built quality is OK, but the drain plug came with wrong washer which is Aluminium instead of Cooper, considering its a steel item, which obviously leaks if used. I recommend Ultimate Styling to contact the vendor and address this issue, and try to provide the proper crush washer to save the customers time. i would appreciate if somebody can send me the proper cooper crush washer for my 5 star rating ;) Overall Ultimate Styling is a very professional auto parts distributor !

Ordered rear wiper replacement for 2007 Citroen C3. Received package promptly and no damage. Fitted wiper to vehicle. No issues. Great service all round.

Ordered a full wing mirror replacement on Friday, delivered Saturday, reported it was damaged on the same day and full refund in the bank on Monday.
It was unfortunate that the item is damaged but that level of response and service is amazing!

Outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered a pair of new headlights and delivery was within two days, exactly as promised. One small part was missing, but I emailed them the same day and the replacement was posted out straight away for next-day delivery. Really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. I told them twice with pictures what a Ford Focus wiper blade fitting looks like and although I ordered an exact fit they sent me out 2 random blades not suitable for a 2012 Ford Focus which needs the button type of blades. As a disabled person no consensus was made to assist me with my disadvantages no free returns label or collection was offered this goes against consumer law

I ordered a passenger door mirror glass and indicator door strip for my 20 year old Mercedes SL 3500. Ultimate Styling cold not have been more helpful. They answered my question using the live chat facility and delivered the parcel the same day to the shipping company (EVRI)so for Ultimate Styling full marks but for EVRI zero stars. EVRI failed to deliver my parcel at all. I contacted Ultimate Styling to see if they could help me and they did by sending a replacement directly without further charge to me which was delivered by EVRI two days later (as expected.) Howeve, I also expected the first parcel to be delivered In a similar fashion.

Ordered wrong rear lights, when contacting Pete was helpful advising our car had the face lift and the correct lights to order, return was simple and correct lights arrived next day.
Simple plug and play lights took less then 20 mins to change both.

Bad experience would not recommend

the price was extremely competitive

Ordered a mirror, as Royal Mail said they delivered it but was never received, so apparently no investigation will be made ! Only £11.90 but would not recommend, as such a poor response.
