Zflash 2022 f350
I purchased the zflash with high hopes that it would take care of all my strobe needs for work.
My truck was the guinea pig for the zflash as we have about eight other trucks that we want to outfit.
On the 2022 F350 I ran into an issue where it does not strobe all of my lights in my headlight buckets.
Reaching out to customer service then informed me that they have run into this particular issue before on this make model and year of truck.
It is something that cannot be rectified so they ended up refunding me a few bucks on my purchase, which was very nice.
And just my opinion, I think it should be disclosed prior to purchasing that this could be a potential issue.
All and all I’m pretty happy with my purchase and the customer service support that I had received.

So I reached out about the light having…
So I reached out about the light having issues and changing pattern and color on there own which is a major issue for me as I do construction and need the lights daily and they could start flashing blue on there own. It turns out that the problem is with the membrane that lets it breathe. It allows water in and that is what causes the problem I’ve noticed it does it to multiple lights after heavy rain or washing. This is a big problem.

If i could give zero stars
If i could give zero stars, I would. The patterns will not save, and the switch is not easy-to-use. They are cheaper LCM flasher modules out there that are easier to use, and offer more patterns.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Z-Flash. I am not sure what you mean by "patterns will not save" since there is no software available to make custom patterns for the Z-Flash LCM Plugin Flasher For GM. The patterns are built in. I will have one of our customer service team members contact you for assistance.
I called to speak with customer service…
I called to speak with customer service because I had a few question on my vehicle, installation, and programing. All questions where answered with confidence proving that she new exactly what she was speaking about, not just a person placed in a seat to tell the customer what they want to hear. I would purchase again today if I needed another Z Flasher! 100 percent satisfied.
