Like a lot of ladies, I seem to have ordered the wrong size but there was not a problem in exchanging them free of charge. I am so glad I did and received the smaller size this week. They are incredibly soft to wear, fit perfectly and have given me so much more confidence in going out. I would thoroughly recommend Ultradries.
Yes the shipping took quite a long time, in fact I began to suspect I had been scammed, but I am glad I stuck with my order.

Ultradries have been very helpful when I did like others and checked the incorrect size. Went to them immediately and they came back immediately, understood and offered to send replacement immediately. They did! Great looking smart design and firm to wear. 3 of L and 3 of LX. I am not sure what size l need now, l have lost a lot of weight since Christmas.

The cotton is incredibly soft, I actually thought I had ordered the wrong item at first. Once I put them on, I realised they are just genuinely well made.

I had to wait a while for my first delivery and when they arrived they were too big. I reported this as was advised a smaller size would be sent free of charge. I had a further long wait until these arrived today. However the wait was worth it. They fit perfectly, are good quality and will certainly buy again.

During my experiences of waiting I was kept in regular contact with Ultradries giving me updates which was a great help. I would certainly recommend this company

The Ultradries are by far the best I have ever had. Yes, I did have to wait a long time for delivery to Australia but after trying two other brands, similar price, these are just so much better.

My order says they were sent April 4 and now it is April 11 and still not got. Please rush . I’m tired of waiting . I think I placed an order the first week of march. Yes i get notes all the time but no product. Please, please, please.

The product may be fit for purpose but the refund policy is not. The company offers discounts for bulk buys but will not refund for discounts over 20%. This is completely unreasonable and illogical as they offer free replacements for items that do not fit. I would not buy from them again

I had ordered a pack of six pants so that I could save on buying disposable pads which I use daily. My goods came and was impressed by quality, however they didn't fit very well, so I e mailed to ask if I could exchange them for a smaller size, the staff went above and beyond what I expected, so thank you so much for your help in answering my questions and arranging my replacements,

I ordered correct size(so I thought) but should have gone smaller!

I do not understand why it is so hard for this company to issue a refund. Why are there so many customers complaining about receiving their refund. I have been fighting a refund since beginning of February. When I contact them, it’s the same reply work in progress. Will check on it and see how it is doing. I will get my manager to check on it blah blah blah. At one point, I accuse this company of using AI as a constant same reply. This company has got to be a scammer. Usually, you can get a refund within two weeks. They are very good at lying to their customers. Better Business Bureau needs to be notified and put a black mark on this company.

I like the product, when I eventually received them ... 12 weeks later.
BUT my virus protection keeps on telling me the site is malisous and any email, ever a reply to their email, states that there is no email with their address

I was very pleased with the ordering process and the ability to communicate with a representative, to meet my needs. I explained that I needed my order by a certain date. She kindly expedited the delivery at no extra charge! I received it one day before my trip!! I love their underware and reusable pads. They are just as advertised. I will continue to Oder products from them.

Excellent quality and well constructed garments. The sizing was generous, which meant I needed a smaller size. Emma, was very gracious and arranged a replacement immediately with no need to return the larger size. I will donate the them to someone else. I have used the booster pads which I found were excellent . They work just as well as the disposable continence pads . In these uncertain times it reassuring to know that I will no longer have to rely on shopping at the supermarket for my continence aids. Delivery took 2-3 weeks which is acceptable given the issues with supply chains, economic upheaval and world wide instability.
It is refreshing to deal with a company from the other side of the world who are reliable, courteous, and efficient amidst challeging times. Iam 76yrs old and live in the soutern regions of Australia.
I highly recommend this company and appreciate their excellent customer service.

Skeptical at first because I’ve been burned by cheap copies before. These are genuine quality, and you can feel the difference immediately.
