This is my second paddle I've purchased and I would highly recommend Ultra Pickleball. The fact that I could try for 30 days was a big incentive for me. I actually was going to send it back but I borrowed my friends paddle and realized I love the paddle I had. Thank you Ultra Pickleball

i was very dissatisfied with the whole transaction and would never order anything from them again. i would not have posted this but they asked for a recommendation. screwed up order, slow shipping, snotty response to my emails and no communication. the paddle was fine when it finally arrived drop shipped from Florida.

I placed an order for a paddle and waited for a week for it to arive only to find out the order was out stock. This should have been known to the customer at time of order so I would not have wasted my time waiting on the shipment. This is very poor service and will not use this company in the future nor do i reccomend it to anybody else.

There was a minor glitch about an email saying when the racquet would arrive and then shipping was delayed. When it was overdue, I emailed concern and got a quick response.
FYI: bought: Selkirk Omni 31P XO Graphite Polymer Glen Peterson Pickleball Paddle ----- it is a great racquet! It is perfect for how I hit! Only had it a week before it went - missing - BUMMER - so ordering another.

We were missing a part and they were very good to get the correct part.

The best spot to shop for pickleball equipment. Very responsive and friendly people. Will Definitely come back.

I have recently started playing pickleball and this is my first pickleball racket purchase. The racket was reasonably priced (especially for a beginner) and was delivered in a matter of days. After using the racket for a few weeks, I am very pleased with the racket's feel. Would recommend to other players.

Be very careful with the tape. There was only 12 inches to spare so don't over cut anything!
I found myself gathering up cut off pieces to finish the last line.
I would have thought there would be a few extra feet but not the case!

I have not received my order in over a week unlike my first order which I received within a week. I have asked if there is a tracking number, but have received no reply.

I had a very good experience dealing with Ultrapickleball. The product was as describe and was shipped fairly quickly. I would consider purchasing from this company again.
